This use to be my favorite Starbucks. I don’t know what changed but I’m so over it. The orders are always wrong, foreigners telling other foreigners they can’t understand you. They can’t make simple coffee let alone take proper orders. One time I went to Starbucks I ordered a caramel macchiato whole milk, eight pumps of syrup and by the time I got to work and Im thinking, I’m sipping on my coffee. I ended up sipping on some hot milk with Syrup. Then when I call for them to fix the order, It doesn’t taste like a caramel macchiato. It just pure disgusting. I’m a Starbucks girl and this breaks my heart. Hopefully we get new management and crew because I don’t think I can personally continue spending my money at that Starbucks anymore

I'm not sure what's the deal with the starbucks by my house. I have a daily spending habit. So I visit many locations, but for some odd reason this location since the day it's opened. It can not get an order out in decent timing. I order my coffee and literally have to wait over 30 minutes. This is why I travel to the next exit to go to the 1 on shadow creek. Orem store and crew are the ruts of all of starbucks locations.

It took 25 minutes to get to the front of the window. The line was not that long on the first place. When I got to the window I sat there for 4-5 minutes. No one greeted or even acknowledged me, so I drove off and now I don’t have time to eat lunch today so I’m pretty irritated.

the customer service at this location is absolute garbage. I went through the drive thru to order and the young lady who was taking the orders was so rude and conviently wasnt wearing a name tag. to top it off both of the drinks i ordered were wrong. I will not be returning to this location because this is not the first time I've had a negative experience. and it sucks because I live in the neighborhood and this location is so convenient.

Ordered online, showed up to pick up when it told me it would be ready and they still hadn’t begun the order. Waited for another 10min to give them a chance. Then asked about the order and they said they still hadn’t begun it yet. Nobody in line and people have come and gone since I walked in. Never again.

Even if you order extra shots of espresso you should expect to receive no coffee, they add so much milk to everything it's insane. Any time I order a nitro there is maybe an inch of coffee in it once the foam has cleared. If you want milk this place is perfect, if you want coffee then avoid it.

THEY CANNOT GET ANYTHING RIGHT! Every time we come here there’s always some type of issue! I can go anywhere else, but this is the only one close to me by the med center coming from 288

Today they forgot an entire sandwich and wouldn’t come to the window when I was honking and waiting there????

Wipe this crew out and put new people in place because a bunch of incompetent donkeys work here

I was in the drive through for almost 40 minutes. I will never come here again. Get some more people. Do something. But this entire experience was terrible. An hour for an expresso in a venti cup with ice is crazy!

I ordered my drink at 10:49am it took them 30 minutes to make 1 drink and then when I got it the order was wrong. I expressed the error and the girl didn’t even fix it. I come to this Starbucks almost daily through the drive through and have never had an issue however the inside service is terrible. Several people came in requesting refunds and they even tried justifying the delay even it’s over 6 people working. Whoever is managing this store needs to be evaluated because they are ruining this location.
