all comments previously shared are true. Customer service is terrible, and some employees are just rude. It’s 7am, why is Shay’s attitude so bad? She’s by far the worst in my experience and made my day miserable from the beginning.
Terrible customer service. 12/19/2025 at around 12:25pm, I visited with my family of five, including kids and an elderly person. After ordering drinks and sitting briefly, an employee (an African American who wore plaid red shirt on that day) yelled at us across the store “hey, can you guys put the chairs back” as we were leaving.
There were no other customers, and several employees were standing around talking loudly, yet they chose to shout at paying customers instead of doing their own job. This was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable, especially with children present.
Management needs to retrain staff immediately on basic professionalism and customer service.
The employees at this location are hands down the worst I’ve encountered. Their attitudes are consistently terrible, and their behavior toward customers is downright rude. I stop by often since I work nearby, and it’s not an isolated incident… there are about three or four employees who repeatedly act this way.
Management seriously needs to take a look at what’s happening at this location. It’s honestly embarrassing for the brand. There are two employees who are wonderful and go above and beyond, but the rest completely destroy the experience. I’m done giving this place my business. Coffee this expensive shouldn’t come with a disrespect and eye rolls.

The employees are wonderful! They handle a LARGE amount of orders Monday through Friday and they always seem so happy and kind. The people in this office building are not the kindest, and are often short tempered. The staff here handles their customers with grace and professionalism. And please don’t turn down the music, most of us really love it! Love this Starbucks!

ohhhh I am pissed I am giving a bad review simply for one employee in this store do not know her name but she is African American and heavier set. With light brown hair. There are 2 locations near that are in walking distance when you order coffee with sugar they just put it in no problem. This girl told me I had to put my own sugar. NEVER DO I STEP IN STARBUCKS and hear this stupid nonsense it is only HER. Other stores put it in and hand me my coffee no issues. The thing I cannot understand is why punch it in on the register and include the sugar on my order if I have to do it myself? Am I being charged for sugar ? I understand the coffee bar is there but what if i was rushing and dont have time or there is now crowding around the station because this girl refuses to sugar drinks. This is a stupid business strategy. If people pay for a drink a certain way hot or cold they should get it. I just think she is lazy myself and it looks pretty crappy. Will not be spending money over in this location anymore. I will just walk to the other 2 closer ones since this store allows employees to have options doing their job. Oh ps , other employees in there have been putting sugar in my coffee it is literally only her. I

The music is always horrendous, repetitive, and too loud. The staff-with the exceptions of Sam & Çinla-is also very, very loud. For example, I put ear plugs in my ears and could still barely hear the music, but the morning supervisor was so loud that I could literally hear what she was saying on the other side of the store. How are people supposed to relax in such a bombastic environment? Want to have a conversation here? Good luck. Read a book? Did you bring your noise cancelling headphones?

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks due to the behavior of an employee named Jeremy. His attitude towards customers was incredibly disrespectful, as he seemed to enjoy yelling and disrespecting customers. It's disheartening to encounter individuals like Jeremy, especially in customer service roles where professionalism and respect should be paramount. It's important for this Starbucks to address such behavior promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
