They are very disorganized and slow. I was in line about 7 minutes to place my order, which wasn't too bad. However I waited another 30 minutes to actually get my drink because of the prepaid orders being placed ahead of everyone else. They should separate this some kind of way and have the prepaid orders prepared and passed out at one counter and walk-ins prepaid and passed out at another counter.
