Was in Houston for work all week, third day there was feeling a little homesick so I treated myself to a Flat white and egg bites. The team that works at this Starbucks is friendly and so kind it boosted my spirits right up. I left with a smile on my face and pep in my step. Thank you to all the baristas at this location for turning my frown upside down! I had a great day and went back the following day because of it.

I always love coming to this location. The baristas are always friendly and attentive. They greet me by my name and always get my order right. There is always a very positive atmosphere in the store. Sara and her crew do an excellent and amazing job, as this location is very busy at times.

After years of attending, cleaning up for them, never being mad about messed up orders & guarding laptops against their "Every Man For Himself" admissions policy, this STARBUCKS chose to serve a customer after he called me an "I'm Monkey" & proceeded in continuing slurs & vulgar epithets while in line ordering & waiting for it to be made. I was told by an officer (who didn't want to be there) that the building management (spurned on by the Starbucks Manager) looked at the video & is asking me to leave & never return. Not to quell the situation. Not to prevent a fight, because the Manifest Destiny guy had already left! Simply as evidence of the righteous being under attack by those who hate honor, diligence, respect & goodness. If that isn't the most backward situation ever (nearly the most)... I don't know what is. Vote with your dollars people! They actually hate conservative values & the people they serve... In an oil & gas energy based building. The administrative & service based class is all against us now. Bring on The A.I. COFFEE SITES! I here the one in SFO is clearing a million + per year! Oh & I have more incidents recorded & on video, if they choose to ignore this & not clean it up, I'll release them. #MERICAROCKS! ?? ?
This location has has been great all through Covid and even better after the manager Sarah came in. Their team is exceptional and if you are ever not satisfied with something, they are very quick to address that and make it right. Because of their openly friendly nature, they earned my business, and their kindness always makes this a pleasurable experience.Give them all a raise! They go the extra mile for their customers.

This is the worst location in downtown. I stupidly gave them 4 chances to mess up the most simple order. Vanilla latte and sweet cream vanilla cold brew. I was told because the word vanilla is in the name doesn't mean there is vanilla. This location needs to be gutted and built over. I will walk my lazy self access to the street for coffee.

But the employee that really stands out to me is Xye as he's always so friendly and has the best customer service. And he always goes out of his way to make sure my order is perfect.
