Hot coffee, what else could I ask for.
Bad attitude, doesn't listen, makes drink orders wrong, and seems to act as though it's your problem. Corporate was notified.

I always love coming to this location after my appointments! They always get my drinks perfect, the atmosphere is awesome, and they are always so friendly :) I love the messages they always leave on my cups, too!

I'm from New York and I go there every morning between 5 and 6 to get two coffees. It's a very friendly place. I actually think the Starbucks here is better than in New York :)

We had a networking group whose event space fell through. We opted to try the Starbucks on Bay Area Blvd with about 15 people. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The event was successful thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Starbucks is not as inviting as it used to be. Seating is uncomfortable and sparse. Need to ask the barista for a code to use the bathroom. I used to go to SB frequently but I enjoy the atmosphere at other places such as Summer Moon better these days.
