Everyone there is very nice, but I have to start going to a different Starbucks cause they constantly mess up my drink its almost every single time. I just want whole milk instead of oat milk and they give me oat milk almost every time.
Ordered a Caramel Macchiato and Chocolate Croissant at Starbucks. Quick service and professional staff made my experience great. Delicious drinks and pastry - can't wait to come back!

Wish I could give this place no stars I had got a mango dragon fruit and it was nasty and it had too much water and it had a hair on the cup I will never come back to this place the workers are very rude I guess the woman was mad when i ask does she know how long it going to be because I seen they gave everyone theres.the lady look at me and didn’t say nothing and put the drink on the counter and walk off. I will never come here again I guess black folks ain’t welcome only threw the drive
I love this Starbucks! The people are so friendly and always have a smile on their face. They all have such a lovely impact in the 5 seconds of ordering and always get my order right and are very efficient. Thank you Starbies!
So the app says they are open. The door is closed. The drive through is closed, there are several of us outside. I ordered on the app, and it says they are making my order. I’m not sure how to get a refund but they definitely need to change their hours on the app and google! The app says my drink has been ready. They are inside ignoring all the customers. This is the most insane experience.

Please do not use overwhelmingly scented hand lotion when making drinks and putting lids on. I had to throw my coffee away because I got an immediate headache from the smell of the lotion on my cup.

The atmosphere is Generally, the same as Starbucks the service was good. I had a couple questions in a girl who helped me out was very kind and smiling. unfortunately, the only reason why I am giving three stars on the food is because I asked for drizzle on my mocha and it appears that the barista acted like it was coming out of their paycheck and was very skimpy. Very discouraged with this once I was on my way arrived at work and checked my coffee. I will have to remember when I ask for extra drizzle in the future to check my cut before I leave Starbucks to ensure the barista has read the instructions.
All the songs here suck, annoying and redundantly repetitive. Dude, put in better songs. water since Mon is NOT FREE 🤬🤬🤬
This was the greatest place for me to study for my final exams. I absolutely love the music, the drinks and the snacks were great. The only thing that was better than the music and the snacks were the associates working there, I was welcomed and I also had some great dialogue with them.

Thanks for charging me 8$ for a cold coffee that was supposed to be hot. 😒 I ordered a peppermint mocha in the drive-thru and the drink tasted like it had already been sitting out and to the owner that might respond with “our partners would be happy to remake it for you” I already waited 30 minutes in line for my drink I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be remade.

So I just left this store after ordering a breakfast for my daughter and I that was $22 and some change. I tried to use a vanilla gift card that they said upfront their system was finicky with. It continued to be declined after having to pull out of the drive through to the front of the store while calling vanilla to be sure it was active and loaded with $25, it was. After their system continued to fail I was denied my order (I know the foods typically get eaten or thrown away, I used to work at Starbucks and I know that customer service and giving people the benefit of the doubt are two of their values) and was forced to leave and go out of my way to a different location where my gift card was processed perfectly fine. I called the sea wolf location to inform them that it was in fact their system that was having the issue, and for that reason I was disappointed with the customer service and problem solving skills I saw and experienced from the staff. And suggested they call to have their system checked out so that others using similar payments don’t have the same issue and treatment. The woman I spoke to (shift lead I assume) was very dismissive, did not offer any compassion or apology for the experience I had and continued to explain that, “when your payment doesn’t work there’s nothing we can do,” when it had been confirmed that their system was the issue. I don’t appreciate the displaced responsibility, and when her attitude continued to displease me she asked, “what is it that I can do for you, I’m glad the el dorado location was able to take care of you,” I said maybe some compassion and accountability for the fact that I was dismissed and forced to go out of my way bc your system was failing would be nice, she began to say I could just talk to her boss and to let her get their information. I told her she could just do a better job of representing the company and promptly hung up the phone. Disappointing.
