This location is a good example of the Starbucks franchise everyone knows and loves. The service was great even though they were very busy when I went in. My only small complaint is how cramped it is inside when everyone piles up waiting for their order. Otherwise, this is a great spot for coffee.

New store upgrade = less seating space = bad.
Long time customer at this location; and have always enjoyed going for their proximity close to NASA, extremely friendly staff, and quick service. Unfortunately - with their recent “upgrade”, the changes have now reduced their indoor seating capacity by ~40%. The previous long table (which was great for coming in for a coffee and a quick bite) has been removed to make space for their upgraded kitchen space. Really unfortunate and not sure how much I’ll go there now given other coffee options - with more seating space - in the area. Staff is still FANTASTIC though!

First time coming to this area! Located closest to NASA and the environment is very pleasing.
Got a cup of decaf brown sugar espresso and it was good! Kids got pop cakes and they liked it as well.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Usually, I order matcha with 8 scoops of matcha, it tastes good if they do it right, but sometimes looks light just like milk, so I ask for more matcha. But yesterday, one of the girls was rude to me if I asked for more matcha, I had to pay more. How come? They do it not right so the matcha looks like milk, how can I drink the matcha like that? The other girl who is a manager I will be said to me that I had to order right on the app. Yes, I know even if I order 10 scoops of matcha, they still make it in their own way. Bad customer service. I drink it like every day. In different location they make the drink very good in the same every time. They need to get training about service again. You lose customers.

My daughter got the Vanilla Creme Frappuccino. It is always scrumptious!
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is in the Smith Tower in the medical center. I have a walker and it was very easy to move about.
