I normally don’t leave negative reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Maya, the manager. I was sitting outside this Starbucks with my service dog for the respect of the other customers when a polite employee informed me that the store was dog-friendly and invited me inside.

Once inside, I politely asked Maya for a cold brew. She made the situation unnecessarily difficult, stating that she could not take orders from that side of the store. I explained that I was ordering from there because I was with my dog. Although she eventually took the order, her attitude was rude.

After bringing my drink, she then told me I needed to leave because dogs were not allowed inside.

I always respect the rules of the places I visit and never ask for special treatment. However, the way Maya handled this situation was highly unprofessional. As a manager myself, I can confidently say this was not handled appropriately. She would benefit from additional training, particularly when it comes to empathy and customer service. Thank you.

Super fast and very nice service here. All employees are patient and in a great mood. The music they play here is usually really good. I will definitely come back here. Just an FYI: if you are planning to take tour drink to the museum space (NASA), they won’t let you in with it.

The sandwich was undercooked, the coffee was super bitter for it being a new fall item (other locations have made this better) and to top it off most of the staff is rude.

They refused to cancel my order. It took too long to receive. They don't go in order. The drinks weren't made the way we like them. It was rushed and late. I was late to work. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I just have to say thank you to the team who is working this morning, 3/27/25. I was able to order a tall decaf coffee in a grande cup with cream, for three dollars. This is what I’m talking about. It sounds wild but at other locations, this is asking too much. At the Starbucks at Highway 3 and 518 you can’t get decaf coffee and at the Starbucks on E96 they charge you a dollar extra for extra cream. At 8:30 the line wasn’t long, it moved quickly, and the girl at the window was friendly. Well done you guys, I appreciate you!
