I just have to say thank you to the team who is working this morning, 3/27/25. I was able to order a tall decaf coffee in a grande cup with cream, for three dollars. This is what I’m talking about. It sounds wild but at other locations, this is asking too much. At the Starbucks at Highway 3 and 518 you can’t get decaf coffee and at the Starbucks on E96 they charge you a dollar extra for extra cream. At 8:30 the line wasn’t long, it moved quickly, and the girl at the window...
I just want to say thank you so much to Janet and Abby for your help early Sunday morning and for remaking my order—I really appreciate your kindness and patience! I know it was my mistake ordering at the wrong location, and I’m grateful for your excellent service. Y’all are awesome!!
This location is a good example of the Starbucks franchise everyone knows and loves. The service was great even though they were very busy when I went in. My only small complaint is how cramped it is inside when everyone piles up waiting for their order. Otherwise, this is a great spot for coffee.
