Service is usually pretty good. This morning there was a new gal there as far as my visits African-American gal don’t know her name couldn’t see your name badge. She had a knife tattooed on the back of her right bicep. I didn’t get a greeting a good morning to see up the customer in front of her after that turned her back and was very busy heating up breakfast and snack.
So I walked away since I didn’t get a greeting. Thought I’d give her some time to do what she’s doing, though. You wouldn’t think a greeting was less important than working all the other breakfast snacks for phone orders. There were no people waiting for Phone orders the other gal Hispanic lady is very nice calling out names, though people weren’t there yet. As for my order, it never occurred. I came back stood back in line, and the African-American girl never greeted me. The Hispanic lady greeted me at the far end however, the gal at the register taking orders, never took any time to greet me so I left this Starbucks this morning. They have a high turnover of employees there so maybe the next time I know she won’t be there, which would break my heart since it was an important this morning.

The Hispanic lady that works here should have been let go months ago. She can not multitask when there is long lines. Picks mundane tasks to complete first versus clearing lines. Rude behavior. Yeah let’s restock croissants when there are 5-6 people waiting. Can’t follow simple instructions on coffee. Literally forced people to go elsewhere in the area

Ordered my fave ahead in the app, usually get extra drizzle and a shot but was moving too fast and forgot to add. When I picked it up I was not disappointed anymore because it taste so good. Kudos to the young lady who made it!!!! #useappfreefood

It was awful. The pink drink I ordered tasted completely wrong! I once ordered coffee and got a chocolate frappuccino. That was outrageous!

Jessalyn is the best! She was so sweet, handled the crowd with professionalism and made helpful recommendations with my dietary needs, I usually don't go to Starbucks inside of the stores but she made this a great experience for us she was awesome 💗💗💗

I’ve been ordering online to pick up order on my way to work for a few years now, but in recent months they’ve cut down to only one staff member working which causes major delays. Long lines for people waiting to order at the counter and others waiting for their order. Even when you order online it takes a minimum of 30 minutes. Not the staff members’ fault, but please get them some help.

I order online so I won’t have to wait and I waiting for more then half & hour and didn’t receive my order. At this time theirs like 8 people waiting for their orders ! I’m just very upset I just wanted my coffee. For sure will not be coming back to this location

Went by in the morning to get a coffee bc I was out at the house. Got a regular coffee and it was old /burnt. Didn’t care about enough to leave a review. I went back up there and asked the women working how she was doing. She clearly heard me but was ignoring me. I said it again she still couldn’t look up at me and said she’ll be with me in a minute aggravated by my presence. I just left-who wants to deal with someone’s attitude when your paying $4-$6 for a coffee. This isn’t the first time this girl had been not nice. I know it’s hard work making coffee but you could at least look up and say what’s up

I never had any problems here except for this time. I placed a mobile order for pickup over the app and my boyfriend went to pick it up when they told him that someone grabbed my order and ran off. The baristas were accommodating and were already making the order again, but they should really make some changes to ensure that doesn’t happen again. The order was $17 worth of food.

Took really long time for simple order, then was given the wrong drink, unmarked, so no way to tell until I tasted. Took it back, they tried to give me my cold drink. They did offer to make it again, but we're still confused behind the counter, not interested in waiting again. Don't waste your money.

Barista named Cynthia is incredibly rude. I ordered a drink, asked for it to be made upside down, she rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know what that means.” I said I would just like it mixed together. She rolled her eyes again and said nothing. Today this same barista is snapping at another employee behind the counter, while badmouthing another employee for being on their break. All other baristas I have ordered from and talked to here have been very kind and friendly, I’d rather not have someone so rude preparing my food/drink.
