I never had any problems here except for this time. I placed a mobile order for pickup over the app and my boyfriend went to pick it up when they told him that someone grabbed my order and ran off. The baristas were accommodating and were already making the order again, but they should really make some changes to ensure that doesn’t happen again. The order was $17 worth of food.
Starbucks in Kroger on El Dorado, just inside the right entrance.Clean and somewhat friendly staff, I mean they were not rude but they were definitely not attentive either. I could see my drink sitting on the counter just outside of the designated "pickup area" so I stood there for a minute or so because I didn't want to just reach over the counter. When I saw that I was not going to be acknowledged, I got the ladies' attention and asked if I could grab it....
This is my go to Starbucks and I wanted to give a shout-out to Dakari who works at this location. He is always so sweet and cheerful when I come in for what seems like my daily coffee. He gives me suggestions on different drinks and even remembers the ones I like. I always leave with a smile on my face when he’s there. Thanks for being so wonderful!
