Lately my matcha drinks don’t even taste like matcha drink is light green barely any matcha & lavender fosm is barely visible they are not even trying make this drink right ? Then you tell them make the drink right they get upset 😢 I’m assuming the manager is not watching over the drinks if being made properly

Worst Starbucks in Houston. They are rude, slow and mess up orders. When my wife told them they missed her topping on her drink they were super petty and gave her the smallest amount of her missing topping possible.

Witnessed two employees park right in front of the business. One was actually in the order pickup parking space in a white Hyundai. Too bad they aren’t considerate in giving their customers the better parking options. Just another reason to dislike Starbucks!!!
