Ive actually had it w yall. 😭 ive been going to this starbucks since like 2022 and they only do my drink right when they want to. i never complain but being pregnant and not getting what you want is THE WORST theyre service is always top tier 😍 but the drink is always a hit or miss and of course i dont want to be a karen and go back and make them re-make it but all i ask for is a dang Dragon drink w extra inclusions and they even charge me extra to not even add the extra dragon fruit 😭 i cant i even thought of working there to actually make the drinks right 😂 bc omg i hateeeee having a craving and not getting wha i wanttttttt😒

I walked in today and was refused service. I drove here after work because on google it showed that it would be open until 11PM. I came in right at 10:40PM and the front doors were obviously still open. As I walked up to the counter I was told that they were actually closed and had just forgot to lock the doors at 10:30PM. So what time do you actually close? The time that google shows or the time the employees mentioned? Update your hours on google if that is the case, quit wasting people's time. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Ordered online and received notification that my order was ready when in fact it was not. Proceed to wait and they dispatched over ten orders and I’m not including the drive thru order that went out as well. I notified them of my order and was told they would get on it right away and they proceeded to make other drink except mine. Waited an additional ten minutes and decided to ask for a refund and left. Had to return because I was charged again instead of getting a refund. Never again will I return. Seams no one here is trained to deal with complaints they just look at you like you are the problem. My recommendation stay away from this location.

This place just keeps going down, there are two baristas/cashiers that are actually great here! But waiting 5mins at the drive thru, and your online order still not ready is insane, they get new people and it just went downhill... 😒 disappointing. And after not being ready this is how I received my order in the photo below...
Update... the people are friendlier, yes. But the service time longer, online orders still not ready when you get there.
PLEASE STOP TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO FORCE PEOPLE TO BUY SOMETHING OR THEY CANT COME IN AND STUDY. I’d give 0 stars if I could

I stood at the register for about five minutes before someone even acknowledged me. They were not busy. I was the only one in line. I thought maybe the person was in the back but It was the person right in front of me doing petty things. When she was done, she asked what I wanted to order. She wasn’t very hospitable. I would have ordered a baked good with my coffee, but there were gnats in the case.

Sterile. They've removed patio tables and the padded area. It's just a coffee pick up place now. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Plain coffee... they claimed it was an order mix up. Idk... there is no reason left to go to this place. It's just expensive coffee pick up now.
