The matcha latte I always get here is very light compared to other places, it has a lot of milk in it, the matcha hasn't dissolved yet, you can still see the powder. The extra creamy vanilla isn't creamy; it's just another liquid mixed in with the matcha and milk. Very disapointed

It's not worth it , even though the colour is right it tastes like cold milk without matcha . And it wasn't even filled properly. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to not waste money :(.

I came to order at 4:35p.m. I was the only person in line at this time. No one else came behind me. Except for this girl who happened to be a friend of the person at the register. He was talking to the girl for a while she didn’t order anything. Than the other girl working with him also started talking to the girl. I was waiting for 10 min until another employee came in and saw me waiting. That employee grabbed the ticket from the machine and made my drink. The entire time I thought they had started on it but were waiting for something to be ready. But no they were just making me wait while they talked. If that other guy hadn’t came in I probably would’ve been waiting longer. I almost asked to get a refund.

I understand the people working here are students and so they have school on the side, but that is no excuse for the horrendous service.
First off, the workers here are mostly inexperienced. I've seen from experience some of them cannot differentiate making a cold drink from a hot drink! You have to tell them. Secondly, DO NOT ORDER ON MOBILE! I've ordered from here a handful of times my usual tea and breakfast item and every time they have either took too long with my order or didn't address me until twenty minutes later just to tell me they are out of that item. It's clear that in order to be recognized as a customer I have to stand in line and order in person.
Save yourself the time and frustration and order from a different Starbucks or better yet, another coffee shop.

horrible service. doesn’t make the drinks in order. i understand the workers are tired, but the attitude is uncalled for. makes everyone’s drink wrong and then forgets about them, even after reminding them.

Very bad customer service the cashier really never repeat it to order back she's too busy listening to her Bluetooth the cashier got the 2 drink orders wrong she didn't care she messed up the coffee drink from a cold drink order to a hot coffee order this fappen at the Student Center at U of H today at 315pm than the cashier got mad for no reason she needs to work on her very bad attitude than she walked away n said she didn't have time to deal with at all when the cashier was the one who made the mistake she is a young black female student
