Terrible, people who work there look like they came to relax and not to work. Like others mentioned, the girl was talking to her friend while people in line were waiting. Paying $$$ to get the baristas to look like they're doing you a favor with an attitude. Get some professional people working there Starbucks, you can do better.

The matcha latte I always get here is very light compared to other places, it has a lot of milk in it, the matcha hasn't dissolved yet, you can still see the powder. The extra creamy vanilla isn't creamy; it's just another liquid mixed in with the matcha and milk. Very disapointed
the service is wack dude. incredibly rude and condescending.

I came to order at 4:35p.m. I was the only person in line at this time. No one else came behind me. Except for this girl who happened to be a friend of the person at the register. He was talking to the girl for a while she didn’t order anything. Than the other girl working with him also started talking to the girl. I was waiting for 10 min until another employee came in and saw me waiting. That employee grabbed the ticket from the machine and made my drink. The entire time I thought they had started on it but were waiting for something to be ready. But no they were just making me wait while they talked. If that other guy hadn’t came in I probably would’ve been waiting longer. I almost asked to get a refund.
