Normal Starbucks. I feel bad for the employees as it is always packed. Usually takes a while to get your drink, but it's also because there are definitely not enough employees for the volume of people present. Not anyone but whoever creates the schedule's fault. Be nice to employees :)
they get really busy, so you have to check for your drink yourself- literally go anywhere else. it’s not the worker’s fault!! this is a campus location, obviously they are overworked. they get the drinks out fairly fast, given it’s the right name. who tf is aliya??? i just feel bad for the workers mostly, do your part and go to another coffee shop lol
As someone who use to work here while this location was under poor management this location has improved. I walked out due to the discrimination from the previous manager and never looked back. As a student at UH, and as some one who use to work here the service has tremendously improved!! Im so glad they are under new management and got rid of the previous manager, she was such a pain in the rear!! This fall semester Chartwells Dining understood the assignment!!! A big shout...
