The employee who began taking my order displayed a noticeable lack of patience. Her impatient demeanor, evident through her abrupt tone, made the start of the ordering process very uncomfortable. Thankfully, another member of the team stepped in to complete my transaction, and the rest of the experience was handled professionally.

The location is way to small, cars circling in line around the building, if you are parked you are blocked in by the cars waiting to place an order. Alot of homeless in the area. Staff is friendly and brew excellent libations, you need a larger location!!!

Slowest Starbucks morning drive thru in Houston…. 10 minutes per car , it’s slower than what a burger .. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and find another location.

Kayleigh absolutely made my day at Starbucks! Her service was outstanding from start to finish. She has such a positive, welcoming vibe that completely lifts the whole store. The restroom was spotless, the atmosphere felt great, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people.
What stood out even more is that the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is the kind of team that makes a store truly win—everyone working together with great energy and amazing customer service.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Honestly, I’d return just for Kaitlyn and the awesome staff. This location is a real standout!
I had a lovely experience today! The drinks and service were wonderful. I was greeted by two charming gentlemen, one with a captivating Ghanaian accent and the other with a gorgeous, irresistible smile and impeccable manners. They made the atmosphere feel so warm and inviting. Starbucks, truly impressive staff!

Love this store the lady being rude below actually cussed out the employees on the floor which I don’t understand bc I had a fantastic experience. Some people are ridiculous but this team works so hard.

Waited at the Starbucks until 2 am for the holiday merch, specifically the bear cup. The store only showed two in stock but Kendra the store manager allowed Tyrese one of the workers to check out with the bear cups ahead of the customers who had been waiting in line for hours. Tyrese then proceeded to tell the customers that we should be happy that he didn’t take both of them. This Starbucks location consistently has rude drive thru service too and baristas who don’t care about your order and often get them wrong. Please avoid this location. Management, Kendra as well as the employees need a retraining in customer service etiquette.
