Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The people make this place amazing. All the baristas are incredible, and Luis is my personal fave! This guy is just the kindest and most attentive person. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I go to this Starbucks on a regular basis. They are consistently great! I go to a few other locations on the northside that really make me appreciate this one! I've been going here for several years and have gotten used to seeing a lot of the same staff working, which I think reflects well on this particular location! I'm sad that I'll be moving soon and won't be frequently coming here anymore, but wanted to be sure to leave a review!
Parking: This location is more for people on foot. There is no drive through because it's in the tunnel of Penzoil Plaza. If you wanted to, you could pay to park in their garage, or could pay for street parking in designated areas. Street parking is only free when this location is closed.

I’ve never really had issues until I started ordering online. I always specify oat milk in my online order and it’s even on the label on the cup, but lately my oat milk lattes have not been tasting quite like oat milk. One day I could taste the distinct flavor of Almond and on a day prior to that experience and today, it tastes like cow’s milk. I had to throw away nearly a whole cup of coffee! I have a mild dairy allergy and the symptoms I’m experiencing are consistent with what I experience when drinking cow’s milk. It could’ve been an honest mistake, and the customer service here is actually decent but I can’t risk my health.
