I ordered frappé and they gave me a big glass of frappé instead of togo cup. When I requested for togo cup, they poured all frappe from glass cup to togo cup but didn't add dark caramel drizzle at the bottom to make sure it's similar to the one I ordered. When I told them, they were attitude. Very bad experience.

Morning Drive-thru man have terrible customer service. Ruined my morning mood. He was attitude and demanding, still I went to this location because it is on my way to work and the girls were friendly and nice.
But I can’t with that guy, so needless to say, I’m bring my business somewhere else

This Starbucks sucks nobody greets you you’re waiting forever for one item been here 15 minutes just standing no one has even greeted me or asked if I need anything maybe it’s cuz I’m not a white man. They mess up your drink. Just drive down 2 minutes to the other Starbucks don’t waist your time

Went inside for a grande caramel hot macchiato and frappe they had frap ready and not the hot macchiato kept standing there waiting then i ask the lady she said its not ready we are busy i said well yall gave me the frap already still waited then 18 mins later i go ask again she rudely said its been ready look i said well my name is not wokh its mispelled and you've seen me standing here why didn't you tell me anything i told her she was very rude then there was another lady there tell me i was the rude one never in my life have i been treated this way. Very unprofessional not a single apology and then to argue back with the customer is the worst customer service!
I’m very upset because i told the lady today to please not make my tea watery and she still did. I’m confused on how you add 5 pumps of peppermint and 5 pumps of honey, and it’s made with lemonade and water but STILL WATERY. Yesterday, i asked the guy and he did an amazing job. If you’re not going to follow the recipe then you probably shouldn’t be a barista. This is now 2/3 times the honey citrus mint tea was not correct. Just very disappointing.

My husband and I walked in and stood at the counter for 10 mins with no one speaking to us. There were two employees. We understand it can be busy but not saying anything and hoping we leave is another. After my husband and I left separately to the restroom and I returned with my husband still waiting. I asked, “should we go to the drive thru for you to speak to us or just keep standing here?” The woman finally spoke to us and said “uh yeah, sorry”. We left. Mind you there were two cars in the drive thru.

This Starbucks location refused to give me and my child a FREE cup of water unless we made a purchase. I’ve never experienced this at any other location water is a basic human right, especially on a hot summer day. I’ve spent money here plenty of times without ever asking for water, and the one time I do, we’re denied? It’s disappointing and honestly shameful. I will never return to this location again.
