I couldn't imagine there was such a bad Starbucks, the staff were very bad people, bad service, the coffee was awful, it tasted like a dirty water with a little milk, I threw away my money and the tip I left them.

Bless you baristas who fuel my days with your precious caffinated beverages. I honestly have not disliked a Starbucks location. You meet new people in each one. If someone makes a drink and you don't love it, they will remake it. Yes, you will have to wait for it, but the fact that they care so much to make sure you enjoy your $$ purchase makes this my favorite coffee spot.

Great tasting Frappuccino. I ordered the Java chip Frappuccino. The service of the associate was highly recommending and made my ordering experience kind. The ambiance of this event was the drive thru lane but the outside was well kept.
Grabbed my favorites before going to the gym. The guy taking my order in the drive-thru was awesome. I ordered the double smoke bacon sandwich and a venti green tea Frappuccino with caramel drizzle.

Every drink comes out as it should, and the customer service is consistently amazing. The added touch of a great pay-it-forward drive-thru line adds to the positive experience. I’m a regular Starbucks customer. I went to this particular store off of Park Row ( Fry road ) Was stunned by the Managers reply !! I wish I can give this store 0waited 10 mins Alex is the Managerrefused to service me because he was helping the other customer who came after me !! When I mention that I have been waiting10 mins, who is making my drink ? His answer was I will.. remind you he was on the register.. After I paid for my drink waited for 10 mins, he was still on the register, I asked again so who is making my drink?he said I will not serve you drink, it’s not been “10” mins, so you can leave ! He completely ignored me, did not even apologize ! I left the store without drink !! Never had this type of customer service in my life !!
