Starbucks is by far best coffee shop that we have visited. Being an Indian Irony is I always buy Chai Tea Latte from a Coffee shop ?, It was our last visit to any shop in USA before we leave states permanently. The airport facilities is best and my daughter spent easy half an hour roaming around and finding how many sweets she can have before leave. Loved it. Thanks Starbucks for memories ?
It was 0730 on a Sunday morning and the line extended out into the E Concourse corridor. Once I made it to the front of the line it was clearly obvious that Theodora was running the entire show! She was training a new person on the register, making drinks, and correcting drink orders that her colleagues (one with a very poor attitude) had forgotten or prepared incorrectly. The Matcha Tea Lattes are normally good at Starbucks which is why I continue to pay the exorbitant amount...
We used to get one free refill. Now there is an hour time limit to get it. These Starbucks managers know that it takes alot of time just to get to a store from an office in the airport, let alone drinking the coffee. Who is going to down a coffee that fast? Seems very apparent that this was put in place so that refills would no longer be done, knowing these facts. Pretty cheap and low of them. Atleast the employees are nice.
