Our line was long and not all the ordering counter was open. We waited and waited while I can see few workers was just hanging around. Maybe they are on break or have not started their shift yet?

This is a great Starbucks. Oasis during exhausting travel. My wife and I went couple of times when our flight to NYC got cancelled and had to be in hotel over night and comped breakfast the next day. It was my wife's birthday and the staff were super sweet and everything tasted great. Otherwise miserable day made better by this crew, food & drink, and Starbucks.People want to complain about an Airport Starbucks then talk about Hobby airport maybe, but this one has consistently...

Not your neighborhood Starbucks, Like others have mentioned, the staff here acts annoyed taking orders. Not a great Starbucks experience at all. If it wasn't the best of the worst airport options I would have skipped it.
