starbucks in kingwood batista was showing underwear showing up to work disgusting
this is one of the worst locations I've been to. they fail to tell you they're out of something and then when you get to the window they try to give you something different than what you actually ordered after you already paid. twice in a row this has happened here. why is it so hard to tell us you're out of inclusions while we are still at the order box so we can choose a different drink? it's not that hard to be transparent. 🙄
