I am paying almost $9 for a cup of ice!!! I ordered the protein matcha which is not cheap. Took 3 sips and was done. Not literally but you get what I mean. Too much ice!!!!

No communication. They just set your drinks down and don’t call out the names. I was sitting there and didn’t know my drink was ready.
I stop at this Starbucks every morning and always have great service from the employees but this morning a lady served me and I asked for two straws and she sighed at me and gave me a dirty look and handed them to me then shut the window. She really needs to work on her interaction with customers. Rude

It's like if they were staring into my soul while waiting for my drink ordered to be done.And the lady in the front voice was totally annoying and high pitch, and just kept talking to other people.Like, let's get the work done.So I can go.

I’ve been to this location on several occasions and they NEVER get my order correct. It’s a really simple order but they never get it right, no matter who’s there, and I’m stuck drinking a $6 cup of milk.
these people don’t know how to measure a drink correctly nor read a sticker. Everytime i come here my drink is messed up. Don’t recommend. Nasty drinks.

I always look forward to starting my day with coffee from this excellent location. Rachel's bright smile and gracious manner in the drive-through each morning create a welcoming atmosphere, making me feel valued. The team consistently displays a positive demeanor, and their efficiency is commendable, as they expertly manage a high volume of customers without appearing flustered. Furthermore, their attention to detail is impressive, as I have never encountered an error with my drinks or food.
I love this Starbucks :) They were also giving out samples of a drink, which was pretty cool.
