these people don’t know how to measure a drink correctly nor read a sticker. Everytime i come here my drink is messed up. Don’t recommend. Nasty drinks.

I always look forward to starting my day with coffee from this excellent location. Rachel's bright smile and gracious manner in the drive-through each morning create a welcoming atmosphere, making me feel valued. The team consistently displays a positive demeanor, and their efficiency is commendable, as they expertly manage a high volume of customers without appearing flustered. Furthermore, their attention to detail is impressive, as I have never encountered an error with my drinks or food.

I love this Starbucks :) They were also giving out samples of a drink, which was pretty cool.

Swear this location is stealing your money. 3 times now I have tried this store and we get drinks that taste like milk and cream. An expresso frappe should not taste like cream. Where is the coffee? I am paying for a product we are not receiving. The little 2 for $10 drinks will not save toy starbucks people are done with your bs

This particular store needs more employees at Starbucks like this amazing lady who is so caring kind friendly Ms. Blanca she's the main reason I even come to this location just to see her she's definitely one of a kind and you don't meet people especially in customer service like her very often. Ms. Blanca deserves to be recognized for all her hard work and devotion she gives everyday shes at work. Thank you Ms Blanca for making my day just that might more happier with all your friendly kind caring demeanor. Your amazing .. ... ❤️?

I’ve been coming to this location every single day on my way to work and I didn’t have an issue with any employees til today , I always to pick up and I have all my receipts that I go there everyday and today this young man decided to be rude after I asked where was my ice bc it didn’t have no ice he said well I didn’t make it and ignored me and proceeded to do another drink when all he had to do was just add ice , he made another drink after with half of the drink on there , he was disgustingly with an attitude that it made me upset because what made him do my drink like that after just to make things worse and I do have pictures of the drink he made because it was unbelievable, honestly he shouldn’t work there especially at Starbucks where employees most of them always are nice to me , idk if I’ll be going back now .

I'm really disappointed in a well-known company like Starbucks for hiring someone with racist thoughts towards Asians at this particular store. I have no issues with the previous employees, as they have always been polite and friendly. However, a new employee joined in the past month, and my experience with her has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and let down. Whenever my friend and I order drinks and give her the recipe, she consistently miscalculates the price, makes the wrong drink, and forgets to apply our coupons. Despite my polite reminders, she argues with us and suggests that we should contact customer service if we have any issues. This has happened on several occasions.?
