I ordered the iced white chocolate mocha and it tastes terrible. I thought maybe if I added something to it I could enjoy the rest of it. Nope! The coffee tastes burnt, I’ve never experienced this with Starbucks and usually always have good things to say but this is the second time this location has messed up an order with me and my team. Disappointed. Not to mention this drink has the wrong ice, for iced beverages (Starbucks uses specific ice for iced beverages) I received pellet ice and not the square ones which watered down the drink and made it taste worse than it did. And no straw! Good thing I had one available.

Placed an order thru delivery app and was given a delivery time of 3:15, why would the order be accepted if store closes at 3 pm. One hour later I am being notified from delivery driver store closed and order cancelled. This is not good practice. I have used same delivery company and the app will tell me if order not able to process as store will be closing soon.

Great and quick stop for your Starbucks, Super busy but like a little chest?. As it is connected between two big hotels it’s rush is CRAZY. As they are having enough staff for working to get orders in and out very fast. I appreciate for their quick services?It is not a dine in spot as it is a light box we can't chill and enjoy WiFi.
