I was in town for the holidays and stopped by the morning of the downtown Houston Thanksgiving Parade. The store was at a capacity, with orders flowing in. I heard one Barista state they had over 100 multi-item orders in the queue. The wait time exceeded 30 mins but it was expected due to the other locations being closed for the holiday. I had a great experience at the café thanks to the excellent service provided by Chris. They were friendly, attentive, and very professional. My order was prepared quickly and exactly the way I wanted. Their positive attitude and warm hospitality made the visit even better. Highly recommend!
Food: It's Starbucks.
Service: The baristas are on point in every aspect from customer service, to cleanliness, to Killin it in their craft and just be awesome all round.
Atmosphere: Don't know who, why or how but be it the aroma from coffee, or the baristas Killin it all round (😂) or the fact that Ol'school Mos Def was playing in the background. I found no issue with nothing.
