Absurdly long wait for a Starbucks, especially for just 2PM on a Friday. Poor kids inside are strapped and can’t keep up with the volume. Get them some more help. That’s on upper management for not maintaining that awareness for the sake of their employees and customers.

I ordered a coffee and it was cold. They said that they would steam it after I put creamer and Splenda. I asked for a fresh coffee and gave the lady the cold one and said I would be back. When I came back she presented me with the same coffee steamed. It was horrible.
