Stopped in for a quick hot tea and was in and out in no time. The store was clean, the staff was genuinely friendly, and everything moved really fast. Great experience all around.

Redesigned the interior and got rid of all good seating! Only a few barstools and where tables once were now stands an extended counter for pickup. Definitely not my chill place. Bad vibe now. This is not my second home anymore. Look at the old pics people posted, was nice. Now my back is to the door and interior, nerve wrecking.

This location is very close to my home so it’s convenient, but I’ve decided it’s not my favorite location. I order online and there’s always this ridiculous wait time for my order. Today it was 30 mins, I could’ve gone to another location and been back home by now. Unsure what the method to the madness is but if you have somewhere to be on time, keep this in mind.
I recently started coming to this location as it’s along my route to work. The staff are really friendly and write the best messages on your cup.
Two days in a row my order had issues. On 10/15 my drinks were missing the cookie crumble pieces, normally if a location is out they’ll tell you. I was in the store while my drinks were being prepared. No biggie as I didn’t have time to wait. On 10/16 I ordered an oatmeal, I said you don’t have to make it I’ll add the water later at work. The barista stated okay, then proceeded to try to add the water. I stopped her and told her it wasn’t necessary. I asked for a regular oatmeal, however I was charged for blueberries. I’ve never gotten an oatmeal and it came with blueberries in a container on the side. Nevertheless the blueberries I was given were 7 days past the expiration date. Even if mold isn’t visible I don’t want to pay for or consume anything past the expiration date. Today on 10/20 the barista made my drink in the serving cup & put the lid to the mix on top of the serving cup and shook it to mix. I saw the drink going all over the cup. The barista had it all over her hands where she had to wipe her hands on her pants. Then proceeds to sit the cup on the counter in front of me. Now I have a wet sticky cup. Last visit at this location I’ll stop in post oak instead.

Got the grande shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam and this barista made my drink perfectly. She even drew a cute message on the cup 🩷 I’ve been to other locations where my drink was all just milk.

I placed an order at 4:05 and asked about the status of my drink at 4:18pm. The lady snapped at me and said you just need to give me a minute. I don't pay $5 for coffee to be yelled at and made to feel unwelcome.
Excellent baristas we go out of our way for this location

I’m writing to share a concern about customer service something that may seem small but has had a meaningful impact on my daily experience at your store. I regularly visit the one in 4001 Bellaire blvd—it’s a clean and welcoming place. My child goes to school nearby, so I often stop by in the mornings for a coffee after dropping my kid.
One small but meaningful touch I've noticed is how your team often writes kind and encouraging messages on customers’ cups. It's a wonderful gesture—something that can really brighten someone’s morning. However, I’ve noticed that my cup usually doesn't has one, even when others in the same pickup line do.
This morning, it felt especially disheartening when I entered the store to pick up my drink. I was the only one who didn’t receive a message on my cup. It was embarrassing and made me wonder why. I can’t help but question if it’s because my name isn’t a typical American name. Of course, I understand that this may not be intentional—but when it happens consistently, it can feel like exclusion.
As a working mom with a full day ahead, I try not to let small things ruin my morning—but they do have an impact. This experience has made me consider going elsewhere for my coffee, just to start the day feeling more included and uplifted.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that your team might reflect on how meaningful small gestures of kindness can be—and how equally noticeable their absence can feel.
It’s a very small thing, but as you know, these little things matter—especially at the beginning of the day.
I hope my message encourages a moment of reflection.

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to.
1. Old bitter coffee being sold as freshly brewed
2. No milk or stirrers on the counter. Had to repeatedly ask to get some
3. Servers with attitude on the phone
Make up lies to get you kicked out if they don't feel comfortable with you there. Even if you're just there getting a drink and sitting down. The baristas will talk to you than fabricate you're stalking them when you're just talking about drinks and telling them a 10 second story about your weekend. I was warned about this place before but had to witness it myself.
Great staff and manager!! Thank you for starting of my day right!!!
