This starbucks location is usually busy but the staff manages to get my drink order out in a timely manner.

Quality Rating for Starbucks in general is “Exquisite!!👌” This is definitely “Anytime, Anywhere!!” As far as Customer Service, I usually/most of the time receive issues😉 from the females though.🤷♂️ I do always see lines. However, using creativity, I simply have my own Self-Bodyweight Workouts, 🌴patience + 💪muscular benefits.

Not enough seating. Several single patrons on their laptops taking up a four seat table. We're ordering food and drinks but there's no where to sit. Drinks and food were good. Very friendly and helpful lady at the register.

I enjoy coming to this location for my coffee. I usually order ahead. I have never had an issue, they always get my order correct and by the time I arrive my order is ready for pick up.

The cashier was the most rude Starbucks employee I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only did she get my order wrong, she then acted in a condescending manner, acting as if I was the one that ordered the wrong thing. I literally read the long name of the drink off the menu in front of me. She repeated it and she still got it wrong. I asked nicely and she then proceeded to tell her barista “apparently they wanted this other drink”. She needs to be put in a different position, not at the front of costumer service. Will avoid this location in the future, thanks.

The absolute slowest Starbucks ever, I come every morning. They do always make the drinks right
The batista was very rude and did not want to work. When I came in and stood at the counter, they didn't even say hello and kept talking to their coworker before coming to the register. I asked to do a return and had the receipt but they made up an excuse that I have to do the return at the original starbucks that I made the purchase. Lying that because every starbucks system is different that they won't be able to do the return. I was already annoyed that they were lying to my face when I looked up online that you can return at any store starbucks so I just left. Went to the original starbucks I bought from and I asked about if it was true what this barista told me, and they told me that I can definitely do a return at any starbucks! That this barista just made it up! Save yourself the trouble and money and don't come to this location. Go to the starbucks on west airport in meadows place. Always friendly and always doing their job unlike this location! Never coming back here again.

Never really get starbucks anymore, but I was desperate for caffeine. Ordered in store and they put it in the mobile order area and then some dude leaving his shift accused me of stealing someone else's mobile order and not having the patience to wait for mine to come out.

The last couple of times that I’ve been to this location Alla (I think that’s how you spell his name) has been very rude. I usually come in the morning time And I know the mornings can be rough on everybody but when you’re Working in customer service and handling peoples food I definitely think that you should be more welcoming. Yes, this location is very busy and I can see how that can frustrate a person but that’s your choice of availability and to start peoples day with a rude attitude is beyond me. Y’all should really consider moving him to evening shift.

I usually go here with no problem. But a couple of days ago I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 8 minutes so when it was time I went in and only one of my items was ready . A minute later my bakery items cam out and I continued to wait for my second drink . 10 minutes had passed and nothing . A worked saw me waiting and asked if I was waiting on a drink and I said yes so he asked the girl if she had made the drink already and she said yes but I spilled it . And I remember seeing a spilled drink 10 minutes earlier . So I thought to myself she spilled the drink and decided she wasn’t going to make it anymore? Did she not think I would still want my order . I ended up getting my drink later than expected but that worker knew she spilled a drink and didn’t remake it instead went on to make others orders
