Very bad awful customer service at Starbucks the manager from target was very nice to give me a refund but the lady at Starbucks said she was close but took my order and made it wrong two of the drinks and then she said she can’t do nothing about it since it’s close. So she shouldn’t had taken me the order then.

This is a fun place to hang out great drinks and food, good atmosphere lots of nice people here and very helpful! Lots of natural light and windows plenty of seating and good wifi. I love chilling out here with cold drinks and great snacks!

I feel like the staff here are racist. This morning like many other days I come to order coffee. I was never greeted upon walking inside the coffee establishment. But yet a caucasian woman walks in 3 seconds after I came in and she was greeted by a caucasian/hispanic barista with glasses and shoulder length hair with a cap on. This 8:45 in the morning. That same barista Even upon leaving a customer was told to have a great day..Yet me.....nothing.The most annoying part of this visit was that it was not busy. It makes it very CLEAR of a persons intentions. This behavior needs to be corrected immediately!!! This happens ALL THE TIME!!! I could've went to mcdonald's and got better service for the price i paid for this horrible coffee I was served.

Sat., Morning, I entered the Target Starbucks and asked the Barista for a complimentary coffee on Veterans Day. Zero customer service skills. Rolling your eyes and being combative is not what I expected.

Today I bought 4 frapes and the truth is that it is very disgusting. They sold me the coffee that had no flavor. It tasted like pure ice. In truth, what they sell is very disgusting and for the type of business it is, it is incredible that small establishments are much better. I had to throw away. the frapes because I'm not going to drink something that tastes like something very unpleasant and I'm never going to buy at Starbucks again, better somewhere else it was money wasted in the trash

No Wi-Fi. Please put a large “No Wi-Fi” sign up for people who arrive to work on their computers. Ordered a drink, and then drove to a different Starbucks to work.Great customer service, just unhappy with lack of communication.
I walked in ten minutes past when my order was supposed to have been complete, and yet my order was not complete. Dozens of people were standing around awaiting their orders. I walked out without the coffee I had already paid for via the app because I had customers depending on me to be a professional and being on time. You know, because my standard for customer service is significantly higher than that of this Starbucks.
