This used to be my favorite Starbucks but lately they are so bad. They compete orders they haven’t started and they don’t listen when you order the drink. They need to retrain everyone or they need to hire new people who care. And they have people just sitting without ordering anything. It’s not safe to be at this location.

It’s not the first time neither the second time I come to this place by the drive-through and they can never hear you wen you are ordering but you can hear them at the back just chatting and laughing that’s very unprofessional of them and besides that they make you pretty wrong or if you ask for something on a specifically way they ask you to repeat you’re self multiple times very unprofessional of them. I will give 0 stars review.

Service was nice but.. my coffee was iced and it was 3/4 the cup ice.. what a rip off on the coffee part. It was also very bitter and im so disappointed with it for that price I could have gotten a double shot starbuck for half the price from the grocery store next to it..

I ordered online and customers coming in and ordering in person are getting the drinks first wow…. Ridiculous.
As a student avoid this place, coz they block and brace the charger cord you can’t use any charger station not convenient the blocked it again don’t waste your time coming here 🙏
