I love this location, staffs are so nice, friendly and fast, the store is clean and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax or study, drinks are delicious, especially the coffee that im never disappointed. Highly recommend 10/10🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I was ordered a grande latte this morning ,this guy is not a good listener. And he gave me a soy milk latte when I told him this is not my order. He was so frustrated and he looked at me like I’m crazy. He need to change his behavior because we spend hundred of dollars every months in this store .he don’t even have his advice on. I can’t tell his name, but he has a watch tattoo on his arm.

So I live in the area of this location and sometimes I go out of my way to avoid it. Sometimes when I walk in, they look at us like we're cockroaches. It really is sad and to make it worse we're disabled and I believe that has a lot to do with it, the atmosphere is quiet music is barely on. Can't hear it. They don't say hi when you walk in and they don't help you when you're ready to leave such as holding the door open for you when you are in a wheelchair...
