I was saddened to hear of a long time Manager Sherita has passed away. She was a superior manager. I visited this Starbucks for over 2 years. Her and I had become close friends during my visits. I was shocked to hear about the news and cried. She was wonderful sweet person who I will miss dearly. My condolences goes out to her co workers and especially her family. May the good lord take care of her always. Ill miss you deeply my friend💔💔🕊🕊🙏🏿🙏🏿

Disgusting and slow! I stopped in this morning for a coffee and the barista that served me was moving as slow as a tortoise. There was no line, so I did not expect to wait as long as I did. When I got my coffee it wasn’t even hot and looked burnt/old before I poured the creamer in. It was nasty and was going to ask him to make a fresh one, but by then there was a line, and I did not have time to wait another 20 minutes.

The cashier girl name Kimberly shorts Hispanic girl with really black hair 👎🏾Has poor Customer Service , She very emotional and take out her problems at work . She lied to my face saying they dont give ice waters when i know the general manager where i come here everyday bc i leave around corner !! Shes rude and immature she begin to gossip the problem we just had to other customers behind me in line .. Just justified she lied to customers . I rate her service 0 out of 0!!!!!⁉️⁉️

Barista seemed upset that people wanted to order coffee (don’t think I can call Starbucks workers baristas anymore though because quality is now horrible.
I will now no longer visit Starbucks because I refuse to pay $7 for a drink that tastes like milk. Too many locations and they have now lost my business forward. Starbucks has went down the drain.
This is the cleanest Starbucks! Drinks are always good and correct! Tarita L. takes really good care of the place and her customers!

I rarely like doing reviews but today I just been in a funked mood until I came to this location I don’t normally come to this location but the older lady picked up my mood and instantly suggested something to boost my energy btw it is working I would come here just to see her every morning if I could you never know what a person is going through and customer service is number one to me she went above and beyond to make me smile thank you so much I don’t know your name but if anybody want a good smile and laugh stop and see her you will know her she smiled the whole conversation thank you again

I like this starbucks nothing wrong with it but the directions are so wrong. It says it take 1hr to get to the Starbucks in walking distance from where i live but that is so false it takes 7 minutes to walk their
