I rarely like doing reviews but today I just been in a funked mood until I came to this location I don’t normally come to this location but the older lady picked up my mood and instantly suggested something to boost my energy btw it is working I would come here just to see her every morning if I could you never know what a person is going through and customer service is number one to me she went above and beyond to make me smile thank you so much I don’t know your name but if anybody want a good smile and laugh stop and see her you will know her she smiled the whole conversation thank you again

I like this starbucks nothing wrong with it but the directions are so wrong. It says it take 1hr to get to the Starbucks in walking distance from where i live but that is so false it takes 7 minutes to walk their

Great drink like always, the attendant needs to be a little more friendly. He wasn’t rude but he also didn’t greet me. Overall 4 out of 5

The barista was clearly bothered to be here, rude, and was just on her cell phone. She was slamming things around including the oven door. Bad attitude in general.

No one at the cashier machine, nor at the barista machine. Someone came by and asked me to wait 5-10 min if I wanted to order because Starbucks wasn't currently taking orders. WTH?

Closed almost 15 minutes early. Would not serve drinks. Why post business hours if you will not honor them? And you are in a Kroger so can't be doing all that well so why turn down business? I guess we will miss this location when it inevitably goes out of business.

Excellent Starbucks. I come here regularly. The comments calling this a "Kroger" location have no clue what they are talking about (probably confused with the one up the road). It is inside a Randall's and it's spectacular. The service is always great.

I'm giving it a 2 for location as it was in close proximity to where we were staying. This Starbucks is located in a grocery store. It was horrible. The store employee (not a barista) was pretty dry, yet seemed to pep up when another non-monority walked up behind us as a customer. We ordered the new brown sugar oatmilk drinks and both were heavily doused with cinnamon (bottom cup lined generously). This made for an awful first experience of a new drink. Most starbucks in grocery stores are not connected to the brand, so the store employees typically do not take special care of ensuring the correct measurement of the drinks are spot on. He lived up to the expectation that grocery store starbucks are horrible. Won't be back again! Thanks to the store employee for making us feel unwelcome which is untypical of the actual starbucks brand.

This is my go to starbucks before going to work, the lady on the headset has a horrible tone when speaking to customers my first time very disappointed with customer service, thankful for the sweet guy who wished me a great day when he handed me my drink.

The Randalls across town have been shutting down, and this Flagship shows why. Prices are higher, service is worse--even though the store is emptier and less busy, it takes forever to get a cashier or customer service. Last straw was driving 4 miles out of the way to get here to learn that an overpriced product that the Randall's website said was in stock wasn't actually in stock. Why do I bother?
