Edit- November 2024 This is my neighborhood Starbucks that I love! Sharonda has been there forever and she is the BEST! She is aways smiling and happy to see me and my puppy in the drive thru. I order espresso drinks and they are always perfect. If ever I have a problem they fix it immediately. 10/10

My mother came back from this place looking down, and when I asked what happened she told me she showed the worker her phone with the very simple order she always gets because she can't speak well due to her speech impediment. The lady whose name was apparently Sharanda, looked at her phone and immediately called (yelled for) another worker over to take the order, and stomped away mad complaining "why do they always do this?" and muttering to herself. MY MOTHER HAS A SPEECH IMPEDIMENT, have some freaking empathy and don't be ableist Sharanda! The lady who took her order afterwards was very nice though, and seemed annoyed at Sharanda.

Visited store off Brasewood and 610 in Houston, Texas. Order was wrong. Food items where giving to me cold and in a plastic bag and items showed August 2024 as label. Tried contacting store and no answer and then contacted customer support though chat. They threw me a “bone” of 200 stars, $12.00 back on my card and a simple that’s all you get. I am not happy with this resolution. The store doesn’t answer my phone call and Starbucks is not valuing me as a loyal customer of over 8 years. I am so upset and need someone to make this right for me. Drinks were horrible and experience was just as horrible! I am disgusted! Will never recommend this store!

Love this location! Drinks are always delicious and are ready on time! I do recommend ordering in the app instead of drive through, it’s faster and more convenient!

Only went here because it’s the closest one to my house and all others were closed… and disappointed again. Can NEVER get your drink order right. And ask them to correct it and they still can’t ? waste of $8 for my drink every time I go.
