Regular customer over a few years in US in different states but this morning Odyssey blend was bad and watery. Let the working women in the outlet understand that they sullied the good will and the firm's reputation.

This Starbucks does not have a drive thru. The google information is misleading.
The young boy employee is not feeling to take orders pretending he is making something …

Been here twice due to no other Starbucks being close by the med center. The lattes are always made tasteless and watery. Baristas aren’t friendly and seem to hate it there. I suspect that they don’t undergo the proper training but then again, it’s a Starbucks in a grocery store…
Starbucks always hits the spot.
Sorry for the barista. She is good and tried to help me but the support from corporate is none. The computer at this Starbucks cannot scan square code (for stars redeem), it only scan rectangle code (card payment) and it has been like this forever. The corporate don’t care to upgrade or fix the issue.
Actually closed
Predictable quality coffee and products, overworked barista in tiny space. Inadequate parking lot.
Had to give more than one star because the drinks are actually good, but I feel awful for the baristas that work there. I hardly ever see more than one barista there and it seems like they can't handle more than 4 people at a time. Every Starbucks should be able to handle more than 4 people without imploding. Whoever's in charge needs to hire more people and give the ones actually there a raise.

The Baristas are so understaffed I feel bad for them. They usually have only one person working but many times there is a line. They close during the week because they usually only staff one person at a time and if that one person gets sick ?? they’re closed. The Baristas are working hard but just can’t keep up with the demand.
Missing a lot of items. And the not helpful
The coffee is still good but sometimes I go in at normal times of the day during the week and it’s closed :/ that’s my only problem really
Poor delivery and customer service! I have been here several times and the orders are backed up and have customers waiting with no system to keep us informed. Also what seems is the manager raises voice to customers to get out of store because they are at capacity. They need to find a better way to keep up with orders or message where they are in their service to standing customers. I have waited for a coffee for over 45 min! Not worth the wait, just drive a couple of blocks down and faster service.
Lack of adequate masking.
