I been coming there for 3 years. It’s always something wrong with how the drink is made. I travel the world as a senior software engineer and been to over 100 Starbucks. I know how my drink is suppose to taste. I got a drink today that taste like hot milk , I can make that at home. So I ask the manager/ Indian women to give me a different drink and I was nice about it. Got my new drink and it taste like hot milk again, as if they were being cheap with the ingredients. I go back to ask for a refund and she proceed to tell me how nobody else complains. Excuse me , what the heck do others have to do with me. She kept saying smart remarks like go to another Starbucks , 1,000 customer and u the only one that complains. People like that should not be working at no company. As I walked out she said maybe another Starbucks would make it better. So I will never come to that Starbucks again. I held my composure because what I really wanted to tell her I didn’t. Good-luck drinking hot milk for 7 bucks at this location. My wife, my mother, and my family will only be going to the galleria location. I will inform my friends that live around the neighborhood to no longer go there also. I live in the community and for her to tell me go to another Starbucks , u will not get anymore business from anyone around me. So whoever the owner is good luck with her. This Starbucks use to be good, Dont know what happened? Smh, Ps tell the young lady making the drinks stop using so much milk.

They do not use gloves at this location. Highly unsanitary. The guy at the front who took my order had his hair stuffed under a cap (his hair wasn’t even pulled back) and he used his bare hands to put my tea bag in my cup for my Mint Tea! I’m not even sure if I should drink it!!! Do better!!!!!

I stood at the counter and waited about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When they finally did, I did not get a “Hi” or “Welcome” the employee just stared at me and said “Yes?” Trae was making drinks and passed me multiple times and never greeted me. Very rude employees that have unified to create a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

I'm always getting my coffee just right at this place no matter the location.
Pretty good environment, standard food. The service was kinda slow and disorganized. I was trying to purchase a plastic personal cup and asked the young girl at the register if there were more. She said she didn’t know but I was welcome to search the cupboard if I wanted to because that’s where they keep their backstock. I literally stood there confused and in disbelief for a couple of seconds before asking if she could check the back or around her, which she stated back like no. So I ended up not getting the cup.I probably won’t return to this location.

This location either runs out of items or items are not delivered for the day, but the customer service has always been superb! Major recognition goes to Johnnie from this morning; she is the ultimate sweetheart and very customer focused! Such a sweet & kind spirit!
