This is my favorite Starbucks in the entire city. This location is extremely busy at all times, but the staff is so kind, they remember everyone's name and they even write cute messages on my cup. I usually come early in the morning, but I have come late in the day and the evening staff are just as amazing. Highly recommend this location.

11/ 27/2025 Bring back the ladies at the service windows PLEASE I ordered a Peach green tea like I always do on Saturday mornings before going to work , well this past Saturday there was a guy with pink hair he charged me $5.86 for my drink I asked him if the price had gone up he said no , I told him I come all the time same time and it's always been $5.36 I always have the correct money ready because I know they just opened and can't break large bills, well I paid his price then when I tasted the drink I don't know what he made it was awful, so instead of getting angry I went to the other Starbucks on Richmond and guess what I ordered the same drink it was the correct price and tasted great. Please at this location bring back the ladies , next week I'll stop by walk inside see if my regular lady is there if not I'll go to the other location. Starbucks do better .12/06/2025 Update the ladies are back on Saturdays yeah!!!!! I wish customers could vote for employees of the month

Arrived at Starbucks, 2:25 PM I Wanted to order 2 cups of hot coffee I was told they're closing at 3 o'clock. They were unable to make any more coffee. very surprised that a coffee shop couldn't make a pot of coffee

I had to stop in and leave a review for the sweetest young lady at the drive through window at almost 8 am on 12-3-25 she was just so happy and nice and you really just don't see that very often. We need more of her in the world 🫶🏼

This came in clutch - open til 8 on a holiday when so little was open. Impeccable accuracy on customizations, and staff with a good sense of humor. Made our visit and our night so much better.
I’ve visited this location several times, but today was the first time I ever experienced a very rude employee.
I ordered an iced Gingerbread chi and I forgot to asked them to make my drink with oat milk instead of 2% milk. When I asked one of the workers, she cut me off and told me to tell someone else.
That was very rude of her, I did speak with the manager about my complaint.
I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for over 10 years and I’ve never experienced what I experienced at this location today just absolutely unprofessional at its best. I was very unpleased with my experience today and no one should have to ever experience that.
Im sure, it wasn’t her first time treating a customer the way she treated me.
If she didn’t won’t to be at work, she should have just stayed home.

Ordered a mocha latte, got pretty much served hot milk from a guy who seemed pretty checked out. Everybody has off days but man, this coffee absolutely sucked and its not the first from that same barista. Also when you can't hear a customer, yelling HUH!?! is not the way to get clarification.

I honestly wish more locations were like this one. All the baristas have amazing customer service, but one in particular always serves me and as someone that goes in early in the AM it’s cool that he makes sure all customers have a pleasant morning. This location specializes in that , Daniel is the barista that often serves me and he has the most welcoming spirit. Even when I come in during lunch time the energy is just as welcoming with the whole staff. Truly one of the best locations in Houston!
