This location either runs out of items or items are not delivered for the day, but the customer service has always been superb! Major recognition goes to Johnnie from this morning; she is the ultimate sweetheart and very customer focused! Such a sweet & kind spirit!

I came there last night 3/3/24 around 9pm the young man at the window was so polite to me. I had been at work 48 hours & was completely exhausted! I ended up ordering on the app but at a wrong location. He seen I was exhausted he told me “don’t stress ma’am just tell me what you ordered” In the nicest way possible. I appreciated this man so much! People just aren’t nice these days & this young man went above and beyond for me. He was a black male, I believe he had dreads. I’m pointing that out so that he can get the credit he deserves. Star employee thank you sir !

not sure if they were short staffed today but drive thru was very very slow. So sliw I was about to back up and leave but someone pulled up behined. we didn't move for what seemed like 10-15 minutes and finally was able to order. When we got to the window we noticed noone was behined us and when we pulled away noticed they closed down the drivethru and plaved cones accross the entryway. we go here every day and this was the first time they have had this issue

My wife and I go here often. There is not much to our orders but they always seem to get the order wrong or totally forget part of the order. This time they forgot 2 items of food and the drink order was totally incorrect, to the point that we could not drink 2 of the drinks because of severe allergies to dairy. We were 20 miles from the location before we noticed the issues. With so many different coffee shops around now, it is just easier to start going somewhere else. this shop is a SKIP IT!

My iced espresso was very good. My problem is that the guy handing out drinks at the window (and rearranging customer pickup drinks inside) handled a customer's phone (to look at a photo). GROSS! No hand san, no hand washing. Nasty.... Impressions are reality.About 4:15 pm CST.Luckily, he wasn't involved in making my drink because I might have ended up being accused of being a Karen today.Only the conscientious lady wearing a mask touched my drink and made it great.

I think I know why I never go to Starbucks because it sucks. A guy by the name of Zane helped us and he would not accept my gift card. Apparently, when you get a birthday gift card, you have to use it within two days which is bullshit!! Starbucks sucks and I'll never go back.
