I was doing some shopping with my family and decided to place an order at a conveniently placed Starbucks in the middle of the store. First things first, the lady's attitude was terrible (short Asian woman) and when my mother tried to pay for the rest because I didn't have enough, she was standing washing dishes so we waited because she's the only one there. And we just waited. 2 to 3 minutes go by and she hasn't turned around. There were no more dishes either. FIRE THIS WOMAN. Never again.

The young lady Nena served probably the worst Starbucks drink I’ve ever had. First she told me there was no toasted vanilla (I literally got some last week). Second she forgot my caramel drizzle, and third this was the drink I ended up

Just wanted to say this was the best Starbucks inside a Kroger the poor girl was so busy, it’s a busy area. We even accidentally ordered wrong and she was so understanding and remade it!
