It’s like she’s not happy to be there! (The mixed girl) she doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. I was having a good day until I got there. Some people will be happy to have this kind of job. If you don’t love what you do…. Then leave. It’s simple.
I was there to purchase 30 oz of a refresher and they wanted to charge me extra for no ice. They feel I'm stealing if I get a 30oz drink with no ice, but getting a full 30oz cup of ice and the rest of the product I'm actually paying for is not stealing????? Very questionable ? Starbucks!!!!

Has to be the worst F-ing Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s 7-8am and there’s ONE PERSON working the entire store. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Waiting for coffee shouldn’t be a 45 minute ordeal. The one staff member that worked there was also rude as hell with more of a “what do you want” demeanor vs “how can I help you”.Also threw my straw on the counter ? Reparations for being white I guess. She seemed nice to the others before me.
