I always have a great experience at my local Randall's. Everyone pretty much is friendly. But, Ms. Joyce is the BEST! Great atmosphere and makes the drinks like if it was her's. I always know I'm going to get what I want.

A great pick up or drive-through only location. Note that there’s no indoor seating. Always great service. Sharonda always makes sure your drink is correct, delicious and served quickly…with a smile - she’s the best!

My cashier was Mario Clark! I forgot to tell him I was allergic to dairy and to add almond milk. When I remembered he switched out the milk with no problems and was very nice about it. Other customers was coming in and he was by himself but he was able to do his work and communicate and keep the line moving and fix my mistake.
