This Starbucks is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I decided to take our kids for a little treat earlier today and we had one of the staff members yell at us that we couldn’t sit down. I asked her why and her response was “your kind should not be allowed here.” I am an Indian woman traveling with my family. I did not know my skin tone was still a problem for some people. I will never be coming to Starbucks again.

This Starbucks is inside of the Galleria. It has some indoor seating, but is often pretty crowded. Not a good place to work on a laptop, but not bad to sit and relax with a coffee for a bit.

The Uber Eats make them wait as if they were not customers and I wait patiently but it takes more than 30 minutes not fatal service for the drivers.

Ordered 6 shot venti brown sugar shaken espresso oat milk latte. Got $9 glass of oat milk. Complained and was assured that there were 6 shots. Asked them to remake it and they refused. Terrible customer service. ETA: Starbucks gave my money back but don’t waste your time here
Well? They Didn’t have 3 different drinks that I asked. Then I asked for one, then they gave me a different one. Asked the grumpy girl making the drinks that that was not what I ordered and she really Didn’t care.
Starbucks visit on 7/11/22 @8:15pm. Sucks service. Very disappointed.
