Be careful placing mobile orders. They are routinely closed while accepting mobile orders. I just place a $20 order and the store is closed even though it says open until 5pm.
The barista was super rude when I kindly ask for an update on my drink. I don't know if he just has a bad day, but I mind being treated that way especially in front of my colleagues.

Very UnprofessionalI visited this location numerous time over the past weekend and they were closed several times despite their hours of operation online claiming to be open. They even put a sign to say they will be back in 30 minutes.
Staff is always friendly. It's a very busy Starbucks providing their services to the hotel and to surrounding offices. So do expect a short line.

I experienced unprofessional behavior at this location, and the two staff members were either lazy, overworked, or inadequately trained.One of the baristas (unsure of her name) belittled her coworker to the customer standing in line in front of me.Secondly, I attempted to purchase 2 Frappuccinos, and the same barista who belittled her coworker told me that they were not making Frappuccinos. I did not ask why. Instead, I went to a different location. I will not be back.

Worst Starbucks in the world. Workers are too lazy to EVER make cold brew so they just don't have it on the menu.

The coffee here is so substandard you could probably get a better coffee at McDonald's. Staff is rude and left piles of trash out in the open.
It must be this barista's first day because I made better coffee in the hotel room. The swill they're serving belongs in the sewer.
This place sucks
Staffed by sassy staff who seem to hate their jobs. Scoff at you for asking for milk for your tea. Like any self respecting Brit would drink tea with cream in it...gross.
