I went to this location on Aug. 16, 2024. Usually I go through the drive thru, but it was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside.
WORST MISTAKE EVER.
I went in. Wasn’t greeted and waited at the register a few minutes before someone walked up and took my order. Finally, the WOMAN that was heating up food in the oven finally walked over and got my order. (Still wasn’t greeted.) I told her my order was very simple, which was 2 pup cups and a Venti ice. She looked at me in disgust as if something was wrong and had an unnecessary attitude. I later found out her name is SHAWN! She walked over to the other side, got my pup cups and a venti ice. She never called my name to tell me it was ready, and she also slid it on the counter in an aggressive way, almost as if she was throwing it to me. Being that that happened, I will NEVER come back to this location again. Whether a customer is getting a free order or ordering something off the menu, you should always keep a positive attitude! It’s not coming out of your $200 paycheck anyway! Her attitude, body language and demeanor was extremely negative. If you don’t like your job, get a new one! You’re WAY too old to be acting like a kid! VERY disgusting. I now go to the location on Braeswood. The employees there are so positive, happy and vibrant. Always smiling. I will never come back to this location, even though it’s close to home, thanks to SHAWN!

The first time I ever had an Oleato golden foam shaken expresso was at this very Starbucks inside Target and it was Delicious!!!
Fast forward to the last couple of times getting one here and it’s just been ok or nothing like it’s supposed to taste…
I buy these often at other locations and they matched the intended flavor and taste that my Oleato had the very first time
I don’t want & won’t be paying for a $10 drink that doesn’t taste like it should, this particular day I had it made again and the second cup was more bland that the other one I was served Starbucks everywhere, DO BETTER!!! This is not ok, I can make a regular coffee drink at home! I come here for the specialty flavors… TRAIN all your baristas the same way please The two young ladies were perfectly fine with the courtesy until they had to remake the coffee then the energy was just wanting me to go,smh

Ash is phenomenal. A total breath of fresh air!! His customer service is impeccable and he’s genuine! Patient as well. I had no idea what I wanted and he was incredibly helpful on helping me figure out! Would HIGHLY recommend. That man needs a RAISE. He was BETTER than the manager!!
