I had a disappointing experience during my visit. One of the employees made an unnecessary comment regarding customers who ask for “no ice,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated politely regardless of how I choose to place my order. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable, and it reflects poorly on the level of customer service.

It’s always a pleasure at Starbucks. The drinks are so great relaxing taste so good. The young lady who served me was awesome. Her attitude was just great. I really enjoyed it. My sister and I Awesome work.

Dietary restrictions: I love the fact that I can get my drink how I want it low calorie is what I was interested in that’s exactly what I got. I was very pleased.

I ordered by doordash 2 grande drinks with nice, simply because I didn't want ice. And they sent me 2 drinks HALFWAY filled up. SO RIDICULOUS FOR $17.58. Manager Jazmin said it was a new company policy and didn't give an F about it, she said to contact door dash instead of trying to fix the issue. BTW TASTE OF THE DRINKS WAS AWFULL.

First of all I did not get the name of the young man that helped me out very politely but helped me resolve my issue.. my daughters had gone to the Starbucks on Gulfgate and Woodridge which their service isn’t so good but I came here to the Starbucks inside target around 1pm and I explained to the young man with a beard that my drink at the other store was very bad and how rude they were he said don’t worry about I got you he made my drink all over again and it was wonderful thank you nice guy with a beard so sorry didn’t get your name sincerely a Starbucks addict….

The staff seems pretty nice. They always smile and wave when I come in. I normally get a caramel frappuccino. It tastes similar to McDonald's caramel frappe. I sit at the tables and talk for an hour.
