Horrible, dirty place to get a coffee.

honestly don't know where to begin. I've had my fair share of disappointments at various Starbucks locations, but the experience at this particular one was beyond the pale. The manager Eric on shift today was utterly unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude.

This is not how Starbucks operates, and it's not how any business should be run. A manager should set the tone for the entire team, and based on what I saw today, it's clear this location is being run into the ground. I won't be back, and I'll be letting everyone I know steer clear of this miserable excuse for a coffee shop.

This Starbucks is just around the corner from my house and I tend to go there a lot for coffee and every time I’ve been here but employees are so rude yelling at me when I asked for simple things like a sleeve or a stopper they’re shouting talking about they don’t have it Then you have drive-through workers coming to the speaker shouting no good morning how are you today? Just what can I get for you and they’re talking about you to the other customers just being plain old nasty not the usual Starbucks experience I’m used to this store needs to really rethink. It’s employees that they have working in the morning. They should get more Friendly people.

So went and grabbed a frappe as usual , my wife ordered for me , and the drive thru attendant started flirting on my wife in front of me , of course he didnt know i was there , I went and put a cpmplaint to the manager , it's just not enough because how many girls that are alone have to go through that type of situation without even asking for compliments about her looks

I'm really disappointed, I would wait this type of actions at mcdonalds not at Starbucks
Very unprofessional , he has to be glad im not aggressive or crazy any other dude wouldve done someting crazy.
I talked to the manager in charge about the situation
Hopefully he gets fired for unprofessional .

What makes this spot special is the low turn-over rate which allows the staff to get to know you and your favorite order(sometimes by voice). I’ve been coming here for about 3yrs; even things are fast pace the service is still held.

I normally don't visit another Starbucks when I'm home in Houston, but this place is like visiting grandma's home, an old schoolhouse, and a boardroom with a great picnic area. This location puts together all Starbucks has gotten right since its inception and my birth in 1971. They are so organized. How organized, you ask. That even the customers come prepared for class.
