it’s been several times i come to this location. it was only one time the guy at the window was nice, he complimented my makeup & was super friendly! but as we kept coming back he never recognized me again & every time has given us an attitude & really bad service ): it breaks my heart because i thought we were gonna be besties & every time i drive in, i hope he is in a better mood but every time he is rude to us it does hurt because we try to be good customers. we always say please & thank you. whenever they need a minute we always say, no worries! take your time ): i hope he gets through whatever he is going through.

The two people working at the register are the most rude employees this place could have. I ordered my coffee at 9:59, and it took 25 minutes for them to give it to me. They were extremely rude. Why does a store allow this? Why do they hire people like this? You can check the cameras and review your employees’ behavior. They ignored me when I asked twice about my coffee. I had to leave, which is why I ordered through the app.

Let me start by saying this is my first time at this location. I was in a bit of a hurry so I stopped at this location because it was on the way to my destination. I could quickly get off the freeway and hop back on. I wanted to try a new warm drink because it’s cold in my city today. I ordered a grande brown sugar expresso with whole milk. I specifically told the barista I do not like oat milk. She assured me that my drink would be made with whole milk. Once my order was done I grabbed it and hopped back on the freeway. I took one sip of my drink about 5 mins later to allow it some time to cool down. Why did this lady still make my drink with oat milk! And to make matters worse, I tried calling them to tell them I could bring the drink back later to remake and their phone is off the hook. Horrible service! I will not be returning to this location. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks location. What if I had an allergy reaction? 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I Usually Stop here before work almost Every single morning
Almost all the time they get my drink right but i would like to be refunded

Every single time I go here or order online they never have nitro cold brew. Back during the pandemic they gave me $1 in store credit because the nitro was out. After the pandemic the nitro was out. Then recently a few days ago I ordered at the drive thru (excited they finally have it!) and at the window she tells me “sorry we ran out of nitro, even though we have 4 kegs.” Then has the nerve to say “I’ve been working here for 4 years and it’s never been out.” I always order in the morning too. Your nitro is like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s.

Terrible experience I came in to pick up order and they totally ignore me the entire time . No assistance whatsoever .6 employees. I thought they were busy so I waited for them to speak to me. The whole time my order was sitting at the other side . I told them “dang it’s been there the whole time you see me waiting “ they just stayed silent .

Ms. Whilmea is so sweet. She use to work at the other Starbucks on 59 and I’m so glad that there is a store closer to me now and that there is a friendly familiar face AND they make the drink the way you request. ☺️

I love this Starbucks. The AM crew works like a well oiled machine, pushing drinks out with precision and ease. Their personalities all mesh well together and it shows, leaving me with a tasty drink and happy feeling on my way to work.
Today, the little note on my cup, like baby, made me laugh so hard it hurt. Thanks, y'all, for making my day brighter!
