To the white gentleman Working the drive-thru today around 3:30-4:30pm , you need better customer service skills. I said my order multiple times and said I wanted blue berries with my oatmeal and once I came to the window I payed for my order and TIPPED on top just for him to tell me after I payed that you have to pay extra for blueberries and I never had that happened before. He needs to know the menu better and informed customers that it’s extra for blueberries, I also tipped and I expect good service.

Bad watered down coffee. Never coming back. The barista woman named Bella has speed as her focus, but not quality. She rushed our drinks and poured my coffee mix into a blender, with an inch of water already in it... Both my drinks were runny and bland. What a waste. Thanks a lot, Bella.

Bad customer service and don’t know how to make the drinks and asked to redo since my matcha drink was so light and had rude response the redo drink tasted more like oatmeal milk. Will never be back also they sarcastically wrote “enjoy your drink” knowing dam well it was worse than before. They don’t wanna do the job they signed up for.

Stood for over 10 minutes while everyone joked and played through the store. I’m all in for work being a fun and safe space, but is it hard to also simply ask customers if there’s anything needed while they sit in your face looking at you with their order in their hand? I just needed a cup holder. Something extremely easy. 10 minutes of my life at work wasted.

And clearly it’s all about speed and mediocre service and quality. Just look at the sandwich I received that was shoved into the bag.
