She was courteous, professional, & her kindness was the absolute perfect start to my busy day. Thank you Linda for being so kind— we need more people like you on this planet!

Yall need to get rid of the girl with the piercing on her lip. She is absolutely useless. Can never make a drink right. Even when i ordered black coffee she still got that wrong. Sometimes its best to fire people for their own good and the good of the customers. Or ima keep asking for refunds and keep the drink.

This is the new style Starbucks. That means there is no place to sit. And of course no atmosphere. Instead you either use drive-through, or else walk up to a window and take your goods back to your car. Maybe it’s the future I don’t know.

Today I remembered why I don't come to this location. The past few times I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso in a ""Venti"" it ends up being more of a Grande. About a 1/4 of the cup is foam so it feels like I'm getting ripped off. At least fill it with water so my eye balls can visually be happy. Now I see why this location has such a bad rating.

Being a longtime resident of spring branch, this is my go to coffee House. At least it has been. I do not know what happened over the last 6 to 8 months, but it has gone completely downhill. The staff used to be warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Now, I would characterize them as rude, at best.Here are a few points for reference:1) Sarah cannot be bothered with any accommodations (to adjust her volume so we can hear her accurately at the drive through or with drink/food requests) and she’s flatly rude about it. I name her specifically because she was particularly rude this afternoon and I’m still miffed about it.2) the consistency of the drinks have varied wildly. I’m not sure why the consistency is off but when I order a mocha Frappuccino with oatmilk every day, it’s not a shockingly modified drink, so I would expect it to taste relatively the same every day but not lately. I phoned the location one day because I felt the feedback would be welcome, I was wrong. Now I try to stick to food orders only.3) the overall attitude of the store has completely shifted. They are rude, bothered, and sometimes make you feel like your presence or order has wrecked their day.I don’t understand what happened but I’m going to take a break and either go to the one near Home Depot (one exit up) or try some of these new smaller places.Starbucks, please help this store!Hope this helps.

Ingenuity by Alex! I told Alex I walked to Starbucks and if he had a drink carrier for four drinks. The store did but as I was walking with my dog, he took initiative to make my trip back home easier. And cut the cardboard in half and found a way to carry drinks home. Ingenious! He also provided my dog with a pup cup, super nice and thoughtful.

I usually never have a problem with this Starbucks but I’ve recently had this particular location not fill my orders up like they usually do. Taste is pretty spot on to every other Starbucks I’ve been to, (which is great) it just sucks they’re starting to skimp out. No sips taken, just received my drink like this. Disappointing.

I called and asked and they were more than eager to replace my order (no fault or error on their behalf just my own) and fast agreed to come at a later time showed up and was ready packaged to go. No hesitation no rudeness just happily and willing to do so. Starbucks is my daily go to and never fails.

Service is always nice, busy, and daughter loves her coffee there.Parking: Drive thru people wrap into parking so often hard to leave, they are not always considerate. Be warned.
