Today, Friday, I went to buy 3 drinks at the Starbucks kiosks. A young man helped me but I think he should have had more dedication to do so. They were a bit bland.

This is like the third time I’ve ordered here. And last time I went, there were 2 baristas. And I was waiting for them to take my order and they were just giggling and laughing. And I asked for strawberry açaí lemonade and it just tasted like water. So that’s why I don’t normally go here. Especially bc they are always out of stock or don’t know how to make it. But yesterday I was really craving Starbucks so this location wasn’t my first choice to go to. So I went to the one that they just opened up next to it but it was closed. I went to another one and it was closed so I went to this one, as it was my last choice. When I went in there was this girl her name was yajaira. First of all, I think she was kinda busy as she took long to take my order. And I get it she was the only one so I didnt mind that. After that she was taking my order and I had to repeat my order like 3 times as she had AirPods on. And I usually don’t mind as long as you are listening and I don’t have to repeat myself several times. When she handed me my change, the money fell & she couldn’t even bother to say sorry. Then when she gave my order the drinks were watered down and didn’t taste good. And I’ve gotten the drink several times at other locations and it always tastes good but not here. Now
I know to not come back.

I’m really disappointed in the customer service and employees from here, especially an employee called Anna. This is the second time I ask for a drink and she tells me she can’t do it, then I asked who else can make the drink; but she said no one else can make it. If she’s working as a barista it logically makes sense that she knows how to make all the drink available in the board/menu. The second time I asked for the same drink it was around 2 weeks after the first time I asked, so I expecting her to know how to make it by now but apparently she doesn’t.

I am shocked by how badly they water down the refresher. I asked for it to be remade because I could barely taste the base. And they somehow watered it down even more, don't bother coming here. Just a waste of

Horrible Horrible Expirience!! I had sent my husband to get me a medicine ball . I ddi jot go because i was feeling under the weather and no i did not have covid i tested and came out negative . But when my husband arrived at the window to get his drink he explained to me that the Stabucks Employee didn’t even wanna reach out to give him his drink he was hiding behind the “window”. Because i dont know if he tought he was sick wich if he was he would’ve told him himself to just put it down so he could reach for it but he was very exaggerating about the whole situation it was unnecessary and very rude . He was male & had colored eye contacts and lipgloss . My husband did not catch his name because he was very frustrated ! STARBUCKS PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE
