I stopped by this location and asked for a simple cup of ice water—something I’ve never had an issue receiving at any other Starbucks. To my surprise, I was refused unless I made a purchase. What’s frustrating is that I’ve been buying from Starbucks all day, and I’m a regular customer—typically visiting 5–6 days a week.

In one of the hottest states, on a 96-degree day, denying someone water is not only disappointing—it’s just wrong. I’ve attached my receipts to show my purchases today alone. I hope this isn’t the kind of customer care Starbucks wants to be known for.

Worst Starbucks ever!
This lady ā€œcorazonā€ is a horrible person. We were on the line and she was so rude. I ordered a oat milk shaken expresso BUT NOT SHAKEN since i have several allergies and didn’t want to share any equipment, DONT WANT TO RISK MY HEALTH, i just ask not to be shaken, pour all the ingredients in my cup, Ive been getting this drink everywhere i go. Since besides the refreshers are the inly drink i can have safe. And everywhere i go they just do it fine. She was refusing service on me, asking me if i would like something else because she will not do it the way i requested. She offered a latte, i repeated i was dairy and tree nuts allergic SHE SAID WELL OATMILK is dairy! What??? Well gladly after another girl came ask me what i ordered and she made it. But still they clearly don’t care about their jobs, behind us was a mom with her child making line (we were in the line for around 15 mins) and they told her they were close. SHE WAITED ON THE LINE OVER 10 mins!!!
And she had to left. I feel very sorry for her. But me as a restaurant manager i bet my boss will be really mad at me to refuse service just because they don’t want to keep taking orders. Just because they close at 8 and people been making line for over 15 mins.
Anyways. Not sure if someone will care about this but if you are the owner. Beware of this employee. Is making you loosing money! Sunday may 24 closing time.

I’ve been vegetarian for 5 year and never had a mix up being given meat until today when I ordered a falafel pocket and they gave me a chicken one and i ate a good 3 bites of it before I realized. I was so upset i almost made myself throw up. i understand mix ups happen but if it’s a vegetarian or non dairy item you have to be careful, that could be very bad. People have dietary restrictions and allergies. it wasn’t even busy when i ordered it

By far the worst I am sorry I usually never write reviews cause I don’t like to complain but it’s literally the same 3 times in a row I always wait at least 25 minutes to order 1 drink for my son (strawberry aƧaĆ­ refresher) and I don’t get it after waiting another 30 mins and there’s always only like 3 people working so slow it’s annoying

Always the waiting time is long. This location has a high volume and only 2 ppl working right now. Also, it's always dirty, trash on the floor, and tables are not clean.
