This Starbucks is by far the worst, because their staff and management completely disregards customer service, they are very rude and unwelcoming. They give you what they want, and refuse to fix it. Then argue with you

Worst Starbucks customer service EVER. No matter what time you go, even if there’s a shift change, you’re greeted with attitude and people that don’t know their own menu. Embarrassing to say I ever worked for the same company. Don’t know who does the hiring or training (since I asked for a manager and was given the answer of “they’re not here” without even giving eye contact or a second thought, I’m assuming they were one of the people giving attitude as well or they don’t have anyone that wants to take accountability) but that person needs to either go to training themselves or hire a whole new team.

Went here to use my laptop , ordered shaken brown sugar espresso and it was made wonderfully ! My boyfriend got a macchiato and enjoyed his as well!

Beautiful location, but you have a line and a wait time of 40 minutes for an expensive drink. 4 employees doing everything with long lines. Do better starbucks. Hire more people. Time 8pm

Its a mall location Starbucks so gets backed up at times. Good though overall, and I really enjoy the service at this location. Jennifer is my favorite barista I have ever had at any Starbucks! She is always smiling, working hard, showing positive energy + she makes a great coffee!

The young person with a maroon beanie and bleach hair keep touching there hair and face without washing there hands and making drinks do they charge for uniform? That person was not the only one without a uniform hat or hairnet.The manager or whoever in charge is not properly trained or organized enough
