Its a mall location Starbucks so gets backed up at times. Good though overall, and I really enjoy the service at this location. Jennifer is my favorite barista I have ever had at any Starbucks! She is always smiling, working hard, showing positive energy + she makes a great coffee!

The young person with a maroon beanie and bleach hair keep touching there hair and face without washing there hands and making drinks do they charge for uniform? That person was not the only one without a uniform hat or hairnet.The manager or whoever in charge is not properly trained or organized enough

The lady with the glasses and red dragon top was very sweet for covering my tea since they were out of green tea. It’s really the small things that make a difference in people’s day :)

Don’t bother. They won’t serve you. Waited for more time than any other Starbucks. 3 people behind the counter working inefficiently. They won’t look at you or acknowledge your existence.

Took 3 trys to get my drink and was still not good. I ordered a trenta Green tea with lemonade and I wanted it sweetened. I get green tea with peach ??? Now I have to wait because they ran out of tea. 2nd tea it's only green tea ???wth. 3rd tea green tea with lemonade ok BUT not sweetened. At this point I just took it and left, I wanted nothing more with them.

I waited 40 minutes for my order. It was just 2 drinks and a food item with no customization.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There were three customers and it took 20 minutes to get a regular coffee with cream. They put the cream in a separate cup? It was a waste of cream and awkward for me to pour in when they filled the coffee to the top. The coffee ended up being like warm at best. Not a good look for Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks in the planet despite of the fact that they have a really good location! They never have anything available online but when you go there they do have it. Seems like they deactivate all on purpose to make your life harder, lots of medical professionals go there and they would like to order ahead and they literally can’t! The lady there is really rude and dismissive to clients. Terrible service honestly

If this is for my visit at the store in Macy's at Memorial Mall, I gave the 1 star for food because they don't even have an oven for the available hot food items. ???

The staff looks like it could use more workers on the floor and the manager seems to only come out to bicker and even distract the baristas. I’ve seen her come out of the room multiple times to argue with them and the overall mood instantly changes.
