I walked into this Starbucks expecting coffee — I left carrying the weight of being dehumanized. A white male barista treated me with such coldness and disrespect, it was clear it wasn’t about the order — it was about who I am. His tone, his body language, the way he slammed my drink down like I didn’t deserve basic decency — it cut deep.
It wasn’t just bad service. It was racism, raw and unfiltered. And no one said a word.
If you care about dignity, about humanity — don’t support this place. I’ll never forget how small they made me feel.

Managers, please check this schedule and give them additional training to make better drinks and provide better customer services.

We’ve ordered 2 venti green tea Frappuccino + 5 pumps of Peppermint syrups. But they couldn’t do it right. We came back and asked them to add the peppermint syrups because it doesn’t taste right. Remember we are regular customers, and this is our favorite drinks. They tried to hand us the peppermint syrups in a cup with an attitude, instead of offering to remake the drinks. Very bad customer service. This bad attitude doesn’t belong to the company’s standard customer service. We felt terrible and cheated!
Barista was just not having it today. She was straightforward and gave a decent service. Wasn’t quite mean but you can tell she was just done with everyone’s shit. Not really in a good mood. Looked like she was about to smack an attitude with you. The other barista was very friendly though.

Here right now store doesn’t close till 8 lady took an hour lunch did 2 orders and closed at 6:15 saying she can’t make nothing needs to leave on time today

Came in with wife for an afternoon refresher and was pleasantly impressed with Ambers service! Very fast and respectful barista. Keep up the good work Amber!!!

They close super early. Not even 8. They should hire better employees.
Went just this morning, they had a sample of a passion fruit and peach drink that tasted so good and refreshing. The two girls working were very nice. I was surprised that one of them had just come up with the drink! Definitely going back to order it next time. I'd already ordered my drink or I would have bought it.

Worst customer service ever. I went today to get a cup of water for my daughter. The guy told me to wait in line(take note- a very long line). Just for a cup of water! And I am 8.5 months pregnant. He wanted me to stand in line for that long.And I had been a loyal customer. I go to Starbucks everyday morning and evening. I hate it. No consideration at all.

Little staff for such a busy place, I touch that will be a lot online and because of my drink...it tasted a lot like milk and little flavor of mint and chocolate ?. ??
I went today around 3:30 pm to this location. The worst customer service ever ! There were only 2 employees, one of them seemed nice and new but the lady was very rude . No hello,she asked me” what do you want“ not even came to the counter to take the order in front of me , I literally felt like I had to be really loud so she could hear me from distance .the rest of my 5 minutes there were terrible, she had a really bad attitude when I asked her if she could re make my drink because the one I got originally was extremely sweet ( like any of the 300 other mocha frapps that I have gotten in the past from other starbucks locations) she said that her name was Luna.today was indeed the 1st time that I had to request my drink to be re-made. I dislike to do that but I really was looking forward to enjoy my frozen coffee and she totally ruined it .
I went here today and ordered 2 drinks and food, I asked the young lady for the 2 cup holder and she declined by saying I can’t because because they cost like $5 bucks but you can get the 4 one from there. Why would I need the 4 cup holder and why do you have the 2 if a paying customer can’t get it.
I was the only one on the line and the lady on the cashier was talking to her friend about a Shelly thing and left me waiting for nearly 3 minute then I told her I am ready mam she said just a minute and continue talking and ignoring me ,, I wait for another two minute then I left,, if she was busy I can wait but it was impolite to ignore me that way
