Today I stopped by Starbucks in the pouring rain because my wife asked me to pick up a drink—but I couldn’t remember what it was called. While the rain was coming into my car and I was feeling a bit frustrated, the barista, Mario, went above and beyond. With the little (and not-so-helpful) information I gave him, he was still able to figure out exactly what drink my wife wanted. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a quick and easy one. Honestly, I still don’t remember the name of the drink, but thanks to Mario’s patience, knowledge, and kindness, my wife got exactly what she wanted. He made my day a lot easier, and I’m really grateful for that!

The barista in the window is so rude , he sounded rude in the speaker and when i got to the window he just handed me the drink with an attitude didnt even say nothing and slammed the window . Take that out on the rude customers . The drink was good tho.

The old lady at the the drive thru was kinda rude today at 10:05 am kinda embarrassing like if I was going take off with the order all because she couldn’t take my 100.00 bill like ma’am does it look like i have a my debit or credit cards on me no!!!

Great customer service every time ! I went in today to get my usual coffee and looked to see if Mario was there but unfortunately I didn’t see him today last time he helped me out on drive threw he asked if I was doing okay because, I was crying so I appreciate him being thoughtful definitely will keep coming to this Starbucks . Keep up the great Custer service

Hispanic male in my wheel and tire clothes (I’m the owner of my shop ) I went there to order my drink went to the restroom more people well dressed American showed up they get there drink before me and I say my drink they say oh ima make it now then they make the wrong one pretty sad that this is still going on

The most bizarre experience happened. I ordered my usual tall iced chai latte and egg bites. I always stop by this Starbucks on my way to work every day. It's my normal routine and I've never had any issues. The nice lady at the drive thru asked me if I wanted sweet cream whip on top, which I politely said no. I've never been asked if I wanted that but I didn't think much about it. However at the window, the drink had the whip cream on top. This is the part that it gets weird and I swear I wasn't rude. These guys have a tough job and I always appreciate them. They remade the drink but then tried to charge me for the old one. They also made me feel like I was a bad person for not wanting the whip cream on top or taking the drink. I wasn't rude but they wanted me to explain why I didn't want it. I didn't order it, which should have been a good enough explanation. Then they offered it to me while they remade my drink, asking me if I knew someone. I figured a coworker would like it. But that's when they wanted to charge me for it. I was too surprised to react and all I could do was silently hand the unwanted drink back. I couldn't even say any words, I was too surprised. They wanted an explanation and I couldn't say anything but shake my head. They gave me the remade drink and I heard them say they would give the drink away to someone in the store.
I am not the kind of person to cause trouble in order to get free drinks. I don't like aggressive confrontation or having to explain why I do or do not want something. Did Starbucks recently change a policy or something that I didn't know about?
