I'm not a coffee drinker. I drink iced tea for my caffeine. In my opinion it was a very expensive place.

BEST Starbucks in H-Town, the STAR of Starbucks☕️All the baristas here are EXCELLENT, especially Keyia; she is very funny and full of warmth and love like the coffee she serves, thank you Keyia for being a wonderful example here and all of the caff-fam that keeps bringing me back here❤️TRULY the closest place of love and warmth to a Church of God. Even Paul Wall comes for coffee here from time to time now what does that tell ya😎👌🏽. May God bless this Starbucks location with more blessings that they always share😃God bless you Caf-Fam😊

Long Drive thru wait(15mins) & they didn’t have change for a 50. My items were $20, so they didn’t have $30 of change to give me. Terrible customer service, they didn’t offer a solution/suggestion.

I went to pick up my frappé that I ordered through the app, and I didn't realize I had selected the option to pick it up inside the store. I went to the drive-thru, and the employee, Rocky, refused to give it to me even though it was already paid for. He told me I had to go inside the store and walk to get it, even though I had my baby with me and couldn't leave him alone. He wouldn't give it to me. It's absolutely ridiculous, honestly, very poor customer service. This kind of service makes you not want to leave a tip or ever go back to their store.

Updating because I was supposed to receive a refund from this specific store TWO WEEKS AGO and still have not received it. Now contacting customer service and they are saying it never got put through. They just out here stealing money from anyone and everyone. Don't think I'll ever go back to Starbucks after this. Ridiculous. Scammers.

This location does not answer the phone like at all. Called 5 times and didn't get an answer. Also their little chat thing took 21 minutes to connect me to an actual person. Who also didn't help at all. What's the point of adding money to cards if they don't work, and even redeeming points. So stupid. How do they let you spend a bunch of money to collect stars and they don't let you use them. This location has also gotten my order wrong on 2 separate occasions. Now I understand why everyone is boycotting them.

I will never go to this location again. I placed an order through the drive-thru on 12/07/25 around 8:10am and purchased a bacon, gouda and egg sandwich and a Venti Iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I specifically requested light ice and as you can see, it was included on the tag of the cup. They handed me a full cup of ice and I unfortunately was in a rush so I could not turn around. I believe that because I did not tip the staff, they ignored my request. I have included photos with this review. I recommend to drive 2 block down the road to the 43rd and 290 location as I have never had any issues there. I work from home so when I got back, I emptied the coffee from the Starbucks container and as you can see, I was handed a cup full of ice.

I came in on Saturday morning, around 10:53 and unlike most Starbucks locations where at least one or two people greet you right away, I stood at the register for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. No one greeted me or checked to see if I needed help. I made eye contact with about three employees and even began counting out loud before anyone approached.

Finally, an employee named Artero came over as he was passing by from the back room. I explained that I had been waiting for a while, and he apologized, took my order, and tried to make things right by offering a small gift card for the inconvenience.

I’ll be contacting corporate because there were far too many employees in the store for no one to take two seconds to say “Hi” or offer assistance.

Your customers that take the time to park and walk in are just as important as the ones who go through the driveway. As a business owner unacceptable.

Her name is Kayla and she gave us all grande when we ordered all 4 venti drinks and she got really rude when I told her if I could use my rewards. She said my 400 stars only applied for a small reward, but other Starbucks locations they let me use only 100 stars to get bakery item or coffee and respected my order. I’ve been a member for 14 years now.
