Just ordered from here and nothing was good. If you dont come in person they will ABSOLUTELY play over your food. If I ask for extra caramel in my drink, that means put extra caramel, not make it how its usually made . My drink was missing multiple ingredients and that’s ridiculous . Dont give me burnt food because you’re under the impression that its okay because i cant tell you to remake it on the spot. Im taking my food back and having you guys remake it, stop playin with people’s money.

I ordered an iced coffee for pick up. I did not arrived late and couldn’t find my drink at the counter. I told them my name for pick up and she said “it will be at pick up area”. I have waited for about 5 minutes until someone asked for my name. my drink was out of sight while she handed me my drink. It was watered down. I asked politely if I can have it remade. It would another payment if i did. Thank goodness there are other coffee shops in the area besides starbucks.

People go to Starbucks to get drinks not ice. I don’t need to spend more than 6$ to get ice from Starbucks . I can buy 3 bags of ice at gas station with the same money. When someone is asking for light ice it means LIGHT ICE. It means I don’t want you to fill up the container half ice.
Ordered a strawberry creme Frappuccino tasted like milk and asked for a Java chip instead and got that order wrong too. Seriously it's not that busy to mess up on a order twice ?

Visited there to order my free Starbucks birthday drink. I showed my birthday coupon to the girl working there and she helped me throughout the process with a smile. She informed that I can order any hot or cold drinks with any add ons until the price of the drink reaches $20. So I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with a lot of toppings :). The drink was awesome. Loved it.
