Ordered a coffee with milk 15 minutes ahead, still waited 30+ minutes (total of >45 minutes) at the shop, and after I leave with my drink, I find the order is completely wrong.
Went back an hour later, and while they did remake the drink (that's why they get any stars at all), I had to beg for a refund. They know that, by company policy, you're due a refund and remake after the screw up a drink; but they're hoping you don't know that, so they make you ask .
Miserable, cheap, and lazy. Do better.

Starbuck's food just isn't very good. Neither is their coffee. Mayabe it's just me but I don't see the attraction. They only reason I came in was I had gift cards to spend. The service was great, though. The employees were friendly and helpful.
